Peter and Mel offer you a warm welcome to Picton TOP 10 Holiday Park, gateway to the Marlborough Sounds. Located just ten minutes walk to the town centre and across the road from the freshly redeveloped Picton Marina, our park offers a range of accommodation for couples, families and groups, along with all the communal facilities you need for a fun, relaxing holiday.
From the initial phone call requesting permission to bring our dogs and then to check in Mel was exceptional, her friendly, kind and thoughtful attitude would be hard to beat, it was a pleasure interacting with her. Confirmation & info emails arrived promptly. The facilities were spotless could not fault. Thank you and well done Picton Top 10 we will be back if the opportunity arises.

CLOSEST HOLIDAY PARK TO FERRY & TOWN CENTRE Great central location less than a 2 min drive from the ferry terminal and just a short walk from Picton’s picturesque waterfront, cafes, restaurants and all Marlborough Sounds tours, activities & attractions. We are a small family owned and operated park featuring FREE Unlimited WiFi, Spotlessly clean facilities & rooms, Campervans Only (No Tents/Cars), Modern Standard Cabins (32" TV), Lounge with Sky, Free high pressure hot showers, 10 minute walk to town centre, 100m to convenience store and 150m to local tavern & restaurant.
Modern amenities. Clean and roomy showers with no time limit or cost. 3 minute drive to the ferry and about 1 km walking distance to dog park and town. The only downside is the perfect location next to the ferry also means you get the continual truck noise through the night. Recommend ear plugs or a couple of stiff drinks for a good night's sleep

Privacy hedges high around each Motorhome makes it quite snug and private. Very handy place to stop on your way to Picton for the ferry the next day.

I booked a nonpowered site for me and my bike, for a very affordable price. Although arriving late, I received the warmest welcome! I had a delicious warm banana muffin, a clean towel which was very very nice as mine was wet, and I got some food to feed the animals which absolutely made my day. The showers are great, everything was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay, good location, clean only problem we found was no electric blanked in ensuite rooms. In winter and paying that price you expect electric blankets. Owner told us rooms had heat pumps. Heat pumps don’t heat beds in winter. Further electric blankets not expensive. Everything else was great. Best car wash I’ve found in motor home park. Buckets cloths and brushes, wash liquid and good water pressure.

What a lovely place to camp whilst doing the Queen Charlotte! Would recommend. Nice hot showers and flushing toilet. Went kayaking and saw the plankton in the sea at night. Lovely owners! Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed one night @ Ngahere Hou because we were walking the Queen Charlotte Track. We ha a wonderful stay. The owners have thought of all the details for wary walkers: hot tub, wonderful shower, access to a full kitchen (also pizzas available), bottle of wine, super comfortable bed, hammocks, yummy croissants and freshly baked bread for breakfast. It's a real gem. Getting there can be a bit of an adventure going downhill through the bush (about half an hour). It took us less time to go up so it should not be a deal breaker.

This campground was within in walking distance of the cbd and was easy to find. The patron wasn't overly helpful and left me to find my own way around. No cutlery, plates etc available, you need to bring your own. The facilities were good. Plenty of space in the kitchen/dining area. Wifi is not complimentary. Extra cost. $20 for a night.
