My wife and I were searching for a getaway to clear our heads from our work stresses near the end of April and we found this place and booked Chrissy's cabin for three nights. JC was really accomodating and a pleasure to deal with during the booking process and Dan was amazing during the check in. I can't say enough about the warm hospitality they both bring to the resort. The owners should feel blessed they have them to build their business by forming lasting relationships. The property never stops surprising you. There are amazing modern hotel style luxury cabins, and then there are the beautiful and cozy log cabins that feature some very high tech elements like the heated floor and steam shower in our cabin. There are pull-in slots for RV's, glamping tents and geodesic domes. All modern, and we spotted heat pump mini split A/C units on most ( if not all ) of the units near us.There's even a beautifully wooded area for tent campers. The main office has amazing coffee, a small store and a great hot tub. Every appliance is delightfully modern high tech contemporary and easy to use. The design elements for our cabin included two lighted mirrors in the bathroom, a bathroom barn door, beautiful and thoughtful lighting, and the bed ... Wow. We haven't slept that good in ages. We loved the place so much we didn't even go out for one whole day we just stayed inside and enjoyed the cabin and read books. The cabin features a fire pit right outside. We had a fire two out of three nights. We sat there and drank wine and talked til it got dark. They will sell you bundles of wood for a reasonable price. I think we burned six bundles. There is a gas BBQ on your patio and we used it to cook steaks one night. Worked great! All dishes and utensils that you could need are there. The housekeeping is immaculate. The cabin was so clean and beautiful. You might hear reviews mentioning the highway and railway outside. Rest assured the cabin is quite soundproof and we had no problem with it. The traffic dies down around bed time anyway. As we live near a highway at home, it never bothered us even when we sat outside. Revelstoke is a couple minutes from the resort. It was really quite perfect for distance to be able to flip into town to walk around and enjoy bejng a tourist. JC and Dan, we will be back. Thanks you for a wonderful stay.

We were expecting this travel for 2 years, postponed twice due to covid as borders closed ( we are coming from France) and unfortunately we are disappointed by the upper canopy choice. The upper canopy description does not fit to reality, the view is not the one expected. The view from the balcony, the living room and the main bed room is not on Forrest but on the main building and as the main building is under refurbishment so on materials. We have also to mention that all the accommodations we've booked for 2020 and 2021 had accepted to refund the payment due to covid except the cabins.

Our cabins are clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. They are nestled in the forest at the base of the Rocky Mountains just 15 minutes west of Golden, BC. All cabins have 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV with a dvd player. When it's time to put away your cell phones, lap tops, tablets, and tech toys, come and visit! You'll enjoy a "No Tech Getaway!"
We had the opportunity to stay at this hidden gem last weekend. It was a similar price to cabins with no services or indoor plumbing. They were clean and very comfortable! Our trip to Golden was busy so knowing we had this lovely place waiting let us enjoy the vacation more.

MamaYeh is a beautiful Provincial Park-like RV Park nestled in a pristine forest on 145 acres of private land. This Park is rarely found in privately owned or built parks in whole British Columbia, Canada. Located on Highway 97 South, just about 10 to 15 minutes drive to Prince George City Centre. MamaYeh is your Main Gateway to exploring the Wild Nature in West Northern Canada and Alaska, USA. All of the guests who visited us from everywhere have enjoyed the peace of this natural RV Park. The vast RV sites with extra-large green buffers in between are their surprising experiences while they stayed. Total 11 huge, extra long (over 100 feet) and shady Pull-Through sites with 50/30/20 Amp power and 13 Back-In sites with 30/20 Amp are all full-services. So please don't miss staying at MamaYeh RV Park when heading North to experience Wild Nature. Welcome!
We just stayed one night on our trip back home. Edward was so friendly and accommodating! The sites are very big and it was very clean. Small kids park which was nice. Rates are very good for all hook ups. Would stay again for sure!

We stopped here for a coffee break. The campground looked quite nice, spread out, but we were here for the special, and were greeted with a freshly baked batch of their famous cinnamon buns. To die for. The best I have tasted since my mother passed away! And huge. My wife and I shared one, with sad coffee, and took the second one for the next day. Enjoyed it then, too. There is nothing like fresh from the oven. Enjoy.

We recently purchased WATAUGA VILLAGE CABINS AND MOTEL in September 2015. We are renovating all the rooms. We have upgraded to flat screen TVs, satellite, wifi and replaced the mattresses. All rooms have been themed and have murals painted on the walls. All units are kitchenettes. The motel is located in a very quiet park-like setting close to the river and is very close to all amenities.
We overnighted while driving between Jasper and Whistler. Pretty little town, got a great meal in town. The double cabins had been upgraded and they were about to do the twins, we were in a twin and it was very comfortable and quiet/

RV adventure park, ride or drive amphibious vehicles. Unforgettable friendly fun-loving vacation destination. Experience wilderness at its best. Camping Cabins. 15/30/50 amps hookups, internet cafe, WiFi, coin-operated laundry, sani-dump, children play area & tent sites accessible, clean restrooms.
We stayed at the campground in August 2021. The cabin was nice, no bedding provided (only for a fee), no washroom in the cabin. There is an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with water and barbecues available. There is microwave and fridge in the cabin. There is a small and dated playground. There are washer and drier and warm showers and washrooms in the Administrative building as well as a mini store. Overall the place is pretty nice if you are ok to walk to the washroom.

We decided to overnight in Clinton and just happen to find Nomad Motel only because other hotels were fully booked. That was our luck. Reasonably priced, the room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower with good water pressure and amazingly quiet - making this an extremely restful stay. Owners, Rob and Erica were very friendly, pointing out where restaurants were - everything within walking distance. They also had coffee, bottled water and snacks available at their front office. We felt welcomed and would definitely stay here again.

Located on the shores of eastern Vancouver Island, Qualicum Bay Resort offers luxury suites, 1 and 2 bedroom suites, motel rooms, cottages and rustic cabins.
We just got back from a 4 night stay at the Qualicum Bay Resort. It is a fairly large camp site to for different size units and they have cabins for rent. We had a bigger spot (lot 62) which was nice as we have a 27 ft trailer, it was secluded covered with trees and a little creek running beside us. It was very peaceful but it is off season, I can see the place being very popular in the summer. It is the perfect place for families with lots of things for children to do ie, waterslide, pool, a big play ground, volleyball area, trails off the back of the property to walk or ATV if you are interested. A walk across the street and you are at the ocean. It's a central location to a few local restaurants. It was safe and the sites were cleaned with a decent picnic table and fire pit. The campground is older but it seems they are trying to clean it up and do some upgrades. The staff and everyone were friendly. I felt safe walking around the grounds on my own. the only down side was the Wifi wouldn't work properly for us but that was ok because it was nice to unplug and pick up a book. We will definitely go back.

I travel allot. This location is very run down, with no obvious improvements taking place. The plumbing in the units are backwards. When management was questioned about no hot water, they said let it run for 30 minutes. As it turns out, cold is hot and hot tap is cold. Management said the problem will be fixed in the next week. Reading prior reviews, this issue was identified in 2015. Old coffee pots don’t work, probably 20 years old. FYI - they charge extra for children staying in your room, no matter what age, but they don’t provide the bedding for the children. The pier out to the lake is unsafe, not secure, with rusting screws poking out of the plywood. Although, they say there are fish in the lake, good luck finding them. If you do decide to stay, expect to spend your $. They have cut firewood stacked in numerous locations, but expect to spend your $$$, for a fire, the wood is not free.
