My son loves coming here and I do too. The staff are lovely and friendly and the cake and coffee is good too! I especially like that there is a toddler area for when my youngest gets fed up (pre-covid of course!)

Humblescough Farm is a family farm, situated in the Lancashire countryside with beautiful views of the Bowland Fells. We keep sheep, hens and a characterful collection of ducks! Our Caravan Site welcomes caravans, motor homes and camper vans. It is a perfect hideaway for an escape to the countryside. We also offer Forest Farm Activities for Schools, Family and Corporate Woodland Activity Days as well as Woodland Birthday Parties for children and adults.
Superb. There is little to add that the other reviews have not already covered. Humblescough Farm is everything we wanted in a camp site, quiet, clean, well appointed beautifully maintained grounds and toilets/shower block with lovely hosts in Dianna and Rob. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and will certainly be back soon.

A local family run garden centre committed to quality and service.
We have shopped at The Plant Place for many years and they have a great variety of plants, shrubs, fruit trees and gardening products. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. It was great to be able to go back after the lockdown and the social distancing procedures are in place so shop with confidence. Support your local garden centre.

One of the most historic buildings in Poulton, take time out to visit, sit in the grounds, and watch life go by. Lots of beautiful stained glass inside, and peace

Beautiful views from the area around. Delicious cherry scone and cappucino. Reopened for the year, will visit again soon. If you use the tea room you can park your car there for the day and enjoy one of the local walks. Saw the new lambs. Follow the brown signs or use your Sat nav to get there. 2/3 miles from Garstang. It's been open for 15 years now.

Totally fallen in love with Fleetwood it's so clean everywhere, the Council do a good job, it's a lovely walk along the beach and prom with lots of original Victorian touches around the area.. A beautiful inland lighthouse located in front of the the original grand Euston hotel which in its heyday must have been an imposing landmark on the front.. Not a lot for kids other than a lovely beach and play area but it's a great place with lots of little cafes and snackeries

Cleveleys sea front is a must visit at any time of the year for walking next to the sea, going on the beach or on a cold wintry day, just sitting in the car with fish and chips and relaxing. There's children's rides at the top end of the seafront..walk further down and there's a pizza restaurant, a Vue cinema and a good bar/restaurant (The Venue). The areas are clean and safe and perfect for dog walking. There may be restrictions for letting your dog on the beach at certain parts of the year (through summer), but this may need to be checked beforehand.

The award winning Wyre Estuary Country Park offers year-round activities and events for all the family including ranger-led walks, environmentally themed activities and annual events like the Family Sculpture Day. An innovative children's play area provides children with a great opportunity to enjoy natural play and have fun in the park. Visitors to the park can also enjoy a walk along the network of accessible paths by the breathtaking Wyre Estuary. On a sunny day enjoy a picnic. We have selected some of the finest picnic spots for you, whether it's nearby while your little treasures explore or somewhere you can enjoy the view. If you want to bring your own picnic or BBQ, then please do, but remember to recycle as much of your rubbish as you can! With an exciting woodland and geology explorers trail there's an opportunity to discover the wildlife and learn about the native trees in the park's woodland setting.
A lovely walk from Skippool Creek following the estuary of the River Wyre to the award winning country park. The dogs and grandchildren loved the flat but interesting walk finding lots of nature activities on the way. We have used the cafe before but this time we took a picnic and used one of the many benches available. Of course the kids used the play area and had a great time. A fabulous way to spend the last day of the school summer holidays - hopefully!
