Under new ownership since 2017, The Brooksteed is a small wet led pub specialising in real ales, craft beers, ciders, wines and selected spirits. Now under new ownership we will still focus on quality ales and other traditional drinks in a quiet atmosphere that promotes conversation and socialising. The drinks we provide you are of top quality with an emphasis on but limited to local . Ales, ciders and perry are be served direct from the cask in our purpose-built cool room which is visible from the seating area. Craft beers direct from our taps. We’re able to advise on what the drinks are like, to suit your preferred taste. Dogs are welcome as are well behaved owners.
We love the Brookstead. Very friendly pub. Nice staff wonderful ales and ciders and best of all they are very dog friendly. Could not recommend highly enough. Last time we revisited was after first lockdown we felt very safe indeed with the measures put in place. 5 ???? all the way

Popped in with 3 mates for a drink. Stayed for a few. Nice range of ale and cider, also sells spicy pork scratchings. Lots of bits and bobs to check out, the landlord Nigel knows his beer and always happy to help with your selection. They change regularly, so won’t recommend anything!! Try the “spitfire seat”... Don’t go to a typical pub, try this gem.

Massage, Beauty and Holistic Treatment in Worthing, West Sussex. Laroma Therapies is comforting, relaxing atmosphere in which customers will be a able to relax both their body and mind, reconnecting their daily lives to their true purpose through a wide range of holistic, massage, beauty and other complementary therapies. We are a well being centre treating women, men, children and even offering baby massage classes! There's a huge range of therapies so we believe there is something for everyone on offer here.
I could just write a review after every massage due to how fantastic this place is. I’ve had multiple massages from foot reflexology, to hand reflexology, to Swedish back and shoulders, hot stone, reiki etc. It doesn’t matter who you have doing the treatment, the relaxation and feelings you experience are unlike no other. I most recently had a back/shoulder/neck massage with Saffy and I could have cried in joy at the relief I felt from her incredible skills. I honestly can not write enough about how fantastic it is and how much Laroma Therapies can ease my anxiety. 10/10.

Highdown Hill is a prominent hill in the South Downs, as its name suggests, reaching a height of 81 metres (266 ft). It has been managed in a sensitive way for many year making it an imporant site of wildlife and chalk grassland flower. It is a popular spot for picnickers, dog-walkers and local riders. With view across to Littlehampton, Angmering, Ferring and Worthing with views, when the weather is good, east as far as the Seven Sisters and west to the Isle of Wight.
If you are in the area, a walk up Highdown Hill gives you wonderful views across the downs, town and towards the sea. A great place for dog walks, family walks and picnics and photography. Proximity to the tea rooms, hotel, bar and restaurant mean that you can combine the walk with refreshments.

Worthing's latest Micropub is the best one yet! All the staff are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, they really know their ale which helps. I visit regularly and there is always a superb variety of local and regional ales, as well as a choice of delightful ciders and excellent wines available. They also have a selection of fine European beers and have recently started doing additional keg beers for added choice. The pub has a pleasant atmosphere, a traditional feel but with modern decor, and is a great place to have a chat with your beer. You must try the pies when you visit (there is usually a vegetarian option too) or the pork pies, both of which are delicious. The pub provides a cheeseboard and cured meat selection every Sunday from midday too. They even offer takeaway beer if needed! Probably the best pub in Worthing.
