The first brewpub and bottle shop in Albir. Great choice of craft beers, from the soft easy drinking lager to heavy Imperial IPA. Also wine on tap. Choose your favorite and take home with you in our 1L refillable bottles, filled with CO2 to avoid any oxidation of our freshly poured draft ales.
Miguel is doing a fantastic job running this bar. A 'must' place to visit in Albir if you like real ale

I didn't read any reviews before i did this, i just fancied doing it. I got the train from Benidorm up to Albir (15mins) and found myself heading for the mast by going directly up the north side (very steep and rocky for 30 mins) and came out about 200 metres east of the communications tower/mast/lighthouse or whatever it is!! it was a beautiful December day about 20degrees , looking south at the mediteranean and north/east/west to puig campana/Benidorm/ Albir and Altea- if these stunning views don't put a smile on your face then there is something wrong with you! and its like this the whole walk. Once you are travellling along the top ridge it is constant declines and inclines that will get your blood pumping and about halfway there is a pretty steep/tricky descent (there was a couple in front of me who gave up at this point and turned back) this is definetely the hardest part of the trip, once your past this i wouldn't say it gets easier- but its not as bad, if your not used to hillwalking (ie- you prefer sitting in a benidorm pub all day- then this is not for you) I walk in the Angus hills most weeks and i was tired after this. The journey starting at Albir train station across the serra helada and back to my hotel at the old town took about three and three quarter hours - but this was going at a good pace and only stopping for a few minutes to take in the views and have a drink, if your thinking about doing this and are reasonably fit- what are you waiting for? just do this walk and it will be one of the highlights of your holiday......

The Church is a traditional and authentic Irish bar - with an Irish owner, Irish staff and a genuine Irish feel to the atmosphere.

This was a great tour, very interesting, and we tried 7 different wines with delicious tapas after the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and while we were sampling wines, Enrique Mendoza himself came out to meet us which was a real treat. Definitely great value and a fun way to spend a couple of hours.

The lighthouse is located in the Parc Natural de la Serra Gelada. This is a 5km round trip walk from the car park to the light house. Parking is free. There are other off shoots from the route which you can take. There is a path to take you down to a small rocky bay. Another path to take you to a viewing area, and another one to take you to an area where they did mining many years ago. The main path to the lighthouse is all tarmac so we saw people with buggies a few runners and a few cyclists. The path is on a small incline all the way up, but then you get the down hill part coming back. There is a toilet at the car park, but none en route or at the top where the light house is. Take your own drinks too as there is no where to purchase any on the way. The views along the pathway are stunning and provide a way of looking back over the bay to Albir and out to sea. The route also has a few information boards along the way for you to stop and read. Near the beginning of the route, there is a picnic area.
