Yoga is relaxing, it lowers stress, strengthens, improves balance and posture, sharpens awareness and helps one breath better. Beach Yoga provides all of that plus a soft and forgiving surface, fresh air, beautiful views, a connection with nature, sunlight, vitamin D and the company of many like-minded new and old friends. Rain or Shine! Please make sure to dress warm enough on colder days, we will. Yoga classes are designed for all abilities and ages. Locals and visitors are equally welcome. Bring a blanket, a bottle of water and clothing that allows freedom of movement. Morning classes to get the day started right. The teachers are certified. Free parking available. Classes are supported by Free Will Donations.

Experienced Paisley Craze concert/show on January 4 with music from Woodstock. Highly skilled musicians and several vocalists created an entertaining evening which engaged the audience. Lemon Bay Playhouse is an intimate setting for up-close enjoyment. Absolutely loved it and would see them again!
