Don't forget to take the stairs up to the first floor; there are more murals there. Many of these murals were painted in the 1990s and at least one is dated 1962; although the style is something like murals painted much earlier in the century, the clothing and some of the work that people are doing look more modern than in the older murals.

This is about a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and Plaza Patria. If you plan your route right, you can walk down a street with several souvenir shops and clothing stores. The flowers in the garden were pretty and it was a calm and relaxing place.
