At Clonakilty Brewing Company, it’s all about The Beer! Visit the newly established Micro-brewery in Clonakilty. Meet head brewer ‘Thirsty Frank’, taste the award-winning beers and learn about the quirky local stories that inspired them.
Visited the brewery while staying with friends a few miles away. The head brewer, Thirsty Frank, showed us round and told us his story of how he started the brewery - a friendly chap with a real passion for good beer and who clearly loves what he does. Then up to the tap room (imaginatively furnished with great upcycled furniture) for some tasting - 5 superb beers were sampled. I've done a number of brewery tours, this is right up there as one of the most enjoyable! We'll definitely be looking out for their beers when we next visit the area. I'd thoroughly recommend both a brewery tour and any of the Clonakilty range of ales.

Located in the heart of Dingle town, Dick Mack’s award-winning brewhouse was set up by three friends in October 2017. Winning two gold awards within our first year of opening, we are now pouring in over 30 locations on the Dingle Peninsula. History... This behind-the-scenes tour begins in our taproom, where we give you an insight into how this award-winning brewhouse came to be, and talk about our fascinating journey to date. You will then get to explore our brewhouse, a two-hundred-year-old cowshed, not usually open to the public. Brewing Process... In the brewhouse we will take you through the brewing process, including an in-depth talk about the ingredients vital to the unique taste of Dick Mack’s beers. TASTE... The final part of our tour takes place in the taproom, where you get to sample our award-winning beers and discuss the different characteristics and tastes involved. Sláinte!
Interesting small group tour with lots of samples of their delicious beer, especially the stout. Just a pity the pub hadn't reopened yet when we were there as we really love the bar.

A Brewery tour is available each day at 3pm and includes a complimentary beer tasting. Our Taproom is full of exclusive brews and a packed merchandise store. The Wood Fired Pizza oven fires up at 4pm each night until 10pm serving tasty pizzas to compliment our range of craft beers.
Awesome local brewery with good beer and pizza. I came here during the week and the patrons are mostly tourists, but it wasnt crowded at all during the day. They have an indoor tap room where they do the brewing right behind you and a back patio for more seating. I enjoyed the hells and the stout. The staff was all very friendly. If you are in the area, its a great place to stop if you are thirsty!

We are a family run craft brewery operating from the site of the old Jam Factory in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim. We craft a range of 8 beers on site for Ireland and abroad. Our Tap Room is open to visits on Friday and Saturday afternoons. All tours must be booked in advance online via our webpage. We are an operating brewery so we cannot accommodate walk-ins!

An intimate tour of the Franciscan Well Brewpub, beginning with the rich history of the site, dating back to the 13th century! Next we will see the on-site brewery and discuss how the beer is made, followed by a tasting of our popular Chieftain IPA and Shandon Stout alongside the new Jameson Caskmates IPA and Caskmates Stout.
This was our first evening in Cork. We met up with our son who was studying at the University of Cork for the semester (we live in Oregon, USA) The warm atmosphere and good food and beers were a perfect start to our trip.
