The sun almost always shines on St. Petersburg, the "Sunshine City" that enjoys an average of 361 days of clear skies per year. Combine that with 244 miles of glimmering coastline along Tampa Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, Boca Ciega Bay and the intra coastal waterways and you have one hot beach destination. Catch the sun, surf and sand at Ft. De Soto Park, or take a hike up the 37-mile Pinellas Trail. Enjoy a Devil Rays game during baseball season or escape to the shady oasis of the Sunken Gardens.

What a terrific idea! Pour Taproom isn’t found up north where Cherry Wonderdog normally frolics with canines, humans, and ‘hunines’, alike. This was the first time I had the pleasure of serving myself an endless quantity of beer samples in freshly cleaned glasses without the stress or inconvenience of passing through a bartender intermediary. It’s a simple concept but oh so effective. I really enjoyed reading the marketing verbiage of each brew, comparing the bitterness ratings, knowing their origin, and selecting among the “best” stouts, pale ales, IPAs, hefeweizen, Kolsch, fruity, and sour beers on tap. I enjoyed pouring exactly the amount I wanted into my own glass then determining if the beer taste actually matched its description. With the handy dandy bracelet, there was no financial pain until the end, and even then, three of us enjoyed a good 30 minutes of beer and cider heaven for under $17. Would love to come back!

Such a cool space inside, but mostly outside. What a great surprise when I tasted their mango golden sour. Simply delicious and refreshing on a warm winter day. Did I say that I love the outdoor area. They allow dogs, which isn't a problem unless the owners are not paying attention. Looking forward to returning and would love the chance to collaborate a beer with them when we return in March to do the same at another brewpub.

We were looking for a place to relax after visiting the glass museum, and this place was perfect. They have a large open patio (covered and uncovered portions) with spaced out tables. Beer was great, and they also have wine, and a food truck serving delicious pork specialities.

We went here twice on our vacation to St. Petersburg. It is not on the beaten path but worth finding. Great friendly staff and good beer selection. My husband tried them all and is a big craft beer drinker. I just had the cider but it was good. They don't have food here, so plan accordingly. Highly recommend!

If you enjoy delicious barrel-aged stouts, you'll love this place. They'll likely have a line but it'll be worth the wait. Order half pours so you can sample more, you'll want to! I can't rate this place high enough!!
