The windy city is a cornucopia of modern art, fine dining, cutting edge comedy, and die-hard sports fans. Snap a photo of your reflection in the silver Cloud Gate sculpture at Millennium Park before heading to Grant Park to get hit with the refreshing spray of Buckingham Fountain. There are dozens of museums and theater companies in Chicago, so a cultural experience is never hard to find. You’re sure to laugh your head off at the Second City Theater, the professional launch pad of many famous comedians.

Moody Tongue brings chef-driven beers, Michelin-minded service, and a focused food menu from the team that introduced culinary brewing. Located alongside the Moody Tongue brewery in a historic former glass factory, the space exudes a mid-century modern atmosphere in an intimate yet open setting. Guests can enjoy year-round selections as well as specialty and barrel aged beers.

Awesome little spot in Lakeview that has amazing beer and great burritos to compliment! I try to make it up here regularly for the growler fills from the attached retail shop but will stop by the taproom from time to time. It is pretty small and it fills up in a hurry so keep that in mind if you are planning to visit on a weekend. One of my all time favorite beers is one of their seasonals - Gone Away, but they have many other great offerings such as Vallejo, Tuna, Daisy Cutter (and its variations), and a variety of limited releases, many of which are excusive to this spot.

Revolution Brewing is beer for the people, made by Chicago's largest independently-owned brewery. Started as a brewpub in 2010, Revolution has quickly grown and built a wide range of styles - including year-round offerings, seasonal beers, and the Hero Series. And every drop is brewed in Chicago for dedicated beer fans in an eight-state footprint.
If you are looking for an amazing time paired with out of this world tasting beer..look no further. This place has it all! No matter where you stay at in Chicago, this bucketlister will check off every box for a fun, great tasting, local environment. And if you want to take a tour of the brewery, Ask for Sam. She takes it to a whole other level.

Stopped here for a quick taste at the end of a business convention. Only a block away from the McCormick. Had a Dry Humor, a quite well made Belgian and awesomely refreshing! Met some very nice locals and the bruameister Frank, who was very cordial and engaging. Only checked out the tasting room as the main room was booked for a private event but I will stop by again the next time I am in Chicago. Highly recommended for beer nerds and their friends!!

Visit the Goose Island production brewery where we celebrate our craft, Chicago heritage, innovative spirit and our dedication to making great beer. Tap list varies day-to-day featuring rare, one-off beers you cant find anywhere else. Come in for a tour, or just sit back and enjoy a pint at the bar and even strike up a conversation with a Goose Island brewer! While we don't make food on-site, we do invite local food trucks over to park in front of the brewery.
Our party of 3 enjoyed our one hour tour with about 7 others on a Saturday PM with Grace, our tour guide. Grace was very informative and we learned a lot, although at times it was hard to hear her in the production area. We did get to sample 3 or 4 beers , Paper Umbrella, Matilda, and Sofie (Parise) We all got a complimentary beer glass as well... We stayed for a beer at Tap Room which was busy, and bought some packed goods for home--An enjoyable day

On Tour Brewing Company is a craft brewery founded by Mark Legenza. Celebrating life’s understated, casually significant, yet fleeting moments, On Tour Brewing Company features a 75-seat tasting room and separate barrel-aging room. The brewery is founded on a belief that brewing is more than just crafting the perfect pint, but that great beer brings people together.
