Feel the serenity of Mother Nature as you enjoy the breezy boating experience along the sparkling and green river of Quirino Province. Amazing limestone formations will make your neck sore as you look up to them while enjoying the calmness of the river. Experience the cold waterfalls inside the cave as part of the paid tour. You can bring the whole family for that perfect family picnic. Swimming, rafting, boating, caving, and more.

This place is superb! Was lucky to visit this place before in the ECQ. We came here January, good thing because we enjoyed the site alone. We are the first to come during that day. Entrance is Php 300 per head and Php 100 for the car 'cuz we actually brought our own service. The road is tight and only one car (sedan) can pass at a time. No worries, there will be a guide at the entrance to control traffic. There's a pub where we enjoy our lunch and got a taste of Baler authentic cuisine.

Instagramnable place! Very near Manila. Visited with my 13 year old son and sister from NZ. Surprisingly low cost worth it four hour drive from Manila. Better to reserve if you are in a big group but for a smaller group like us, you can come as a joiner. The food was amazing! All serve in the balsa while enjoying the picturesque view. Worth the php440.00 per head for tilapia, pako salad, okoy plus liempo as add on for php40.00. Parking is 50.00 per car with motorcycle ride going to the site at 50php/head. But you can walk from the parking to the lake if you want an exercise for 15 min walk. Call ate tina if you want to reserve at 09079952983

The place is heavenly ugh! sobrang nakakarelax, wala kang iniisip na papers, emails, at utos from your B to do. You just need to do is get a glass of beer, chitchat with your friends while waiting for the sunset. The place where my friend get the package tour was in the camp kawayan, we are total of 14, including the environmental fee, insurance fee, overnight fee, cottage fee, (6) tent free, with Campones Island and Kamara Island Tour for 2 days 1 night. We also rent a van medyo napamahal so kung may car kayo pwede naman iwan sa Pundaquit pwede ko ibigay contact person ko doon.

Mountain Daraitan is very famous for Sunrise view as this is highest peak in this region. If you want to see the Sunrise, need to reach at the top by 6 AM, so that you can rest a while for 10 to 15 minutes and then enjoy the Sunrise. The Mountain is full of Rocks and thick jungle. We started from Makati city by Van - a group of 17 visitors at 11 PM and reached Daraitan town in Tanay at 2 AM. Last 1 hour drive was rough due to no real road. Towards end, you cross the river Tinipak over a narrow wooden bridge. We started to climb at 3:30 AM with a local guide with us. the Guide was carrying a Wireless Walkie Talkie. You must carry at Touch with Headband - so that your hands are free and need to wear hand gloves - as while going up or coming down, you have to take support of the Rocks (may have sharp edges) or Trees. Always follow your guide else you will be lost, the Path is muddy at some places. there are 3 stations (small rest area) where you get Coconut water or Coffee. We reached at the Sunrise Point at 6 AM however could not see the Sunrise due to Clouds and Fog, but the weather at the top (about 2700 Feet altitude) was pleasant. we had good photo shoot and then started to another peak called "Heart Peak" about 1 hour walk - passing through Rocks and caves. At Heart Peak Point you see splendid view of river Tinipak. Here you have facility to take some snacks and place to sit and relax. From there we walked down - thorough rocks and rocks at the base near river. Had lunch in Daraitan and returned back to Makati by evening. It is a good and slightly tough Trek but I am sure you will enjoy it.

Jovellar is an awesome place for familes or couples looking for adventure. The locals are extremely friendly and the guides are very courteous and knowledgeable. If you plan to self drive, make sure to be careful as some of the local roads are steep. The underground river tour and falls will last approximately 30 minutes and is totally worth the drive. The short hike to the location is about 10 minutes and is not difficult. If there have recently been heavy rains, you can expect the water to be brown instead of the usual green/blue. As far as the difficulty on navigating the falls area and entrance to the boats, I would not recommend it for anyone who would have difficulty navigating a bamboo ladder, stairs or slippery rocks.
