Reviewed By billowxdHi, Me and my group had such a good time in this hotel so we had to give it a review. Location: The hotel located close to the train station and to the bus/taxi stations. Because this village dont allow car access its very important to be close as possible to the stations. The hotel is located in a good spot when you need to take the e-bus for the lifts. Most of the hotels that are in the middle of the village have to wait couple of buses just to get in because the bus get fulled very soon and then they have to wait. When I watched the people who wait i really fely bad for them. In arca&noca(which is located very close to the e-bus station) its one of the first stations so you always have place to enter the bus and head directly to the lifts. Arca&noca is 7 minute walk from the center. And 30 seconds walk from the dener supermarket. Hotel: The rooms are big and beautiful with multiple balconys and alot of windows. Also the room is very modern. Each room has a kitchen inside with all the needed tools to cook. Clean: The room cleaners change towels every day and cleanning the room from bottom to top. We've made a dinner one day and tried to keep the room clean as possible but the room floor had some dirt.. not something that is easy to spot.. after the ski day we came back and the floor was fully cleaned(the cleanning standrat is very high). Food: Great food with a lot of choices. And they also made special food for our requests. Now I personally think the above points are enough for the 5 stars but what we had such a lovley time also from the service it self which was extraordinary. The owner named Maria is such a lovley lady that guest us like we are her family. She always seek to help. Invited us for a lovley dinner which was tartar and wine. For a group of 14 people. She treated us so nicely and always tried her best for us to have a great time. We didnt managed to close a dinner because all the restaurants needed a reservation. She called her friends and used her connections to reserve us tables for the best restaurants in the area. We thought that she acted as she act because we are group of 14 people but we saw that she is like that with everyone in the hotel. She as a charm and she is just a lovley lady and we really had so much fun in the hotel. All the other workers are also super nice. And this hotel is just worth it. Ill add some pictures of the room so you can see yourselves. Would add the breakfast but we are leaving today(this is why the room is messy)

Our 2 stars hotel is located in the heart of Zermatt, only a few minutes from the train station. We have lovely small and clean rooms with a bathroom and TV in each.

Reviewed By ShadufThe location of the hotel is a bit more than 10 minutes away by walking from the Train Station, they can of course provide you with a transport if you informed them about your arrival time. For the room I loved it so much, I don't know if this is a Nordic Style, however, I am in Love with the room details, the size of the balcony is big, and there is a second floor upstairs where there is another TV and a smooth sofa up. and the Bathroom was huge very clean and new. The breakfast was nice. but wish has more varieties. Disliked · I wish the balcony i choose has mountain view.

No sense of hospitality
Reviewed By MDestrNo sense of hospitality at all: don’t ask anything to the reception, you will just get a no: we asked for a shuttle to the station but the receptionist told us she has no time for this. Her manager ( blond lady) confirmed we should organise our transfer ourselves! The rooms are not cleaned everyday, the housekeepers just make up the bed , sheets and towels never been changed ( we stayed 7 days)

Reviewed By alohagenoThe hotel is located across from the Sunnegga-Rothorn station (lift) and about a 10-minute walk from the train station and to the Gornergrat Bahn. The continental breakfast was good. You can request scrambled eggs or omelet if you want additional protein. We stayed in a balcony room with a view of the Matterhorn. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. Note that this hotel does not have a lift (fortunately there are only three floors?). The restaurant wasn't in operation during our stay.

Reviewed By MartineT852I have just returned from my stay at the Schlosshotel and will always have fond memories. From arrival to check out, the staff are attentive, caring and professional . I love the little gestures of customer service; from finding you an umbrella, printing off your Covid certificate and remembering how you like your coffee at breakfast ! The cleanliness of all areas is impeccable and the gym/ spa area is excellent . My little packed breakfast for the early train to Geneva was a thoughtful treat and the icing on the cake of a lovely visit. I can’t wait to return.

Reviewed By Matteo RPrezzo in linea con Zermatt (abbastanza caro). Noi alloggiavamo allo Chalet, che è una struttura staccata dall'hotel principale. È sufficiente una breve passeggiata di 5 minuti per raggiungere l'albergo ed usufruire dei servizi (Spa, ecc...). Lo Chalet è molto carino e comodo. Se ci sono altri ospiti nelle camere adiacenti risultata un po' rumoroso. Nel complesso comunque consigliabile.

Reviewed By SebastiandiscoveringWir waren zwei Tage im Nomad und können es mit gutem Gewissen zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar, das Personal unglaublich herzlich, der Spa-Bereich aussergewöhnlich anders, das Frühstück genial (und das ohne den lästigen Plastikabfall) und die Zimmer wunderschön designed.
