Stretching 160 miles through Utah, the Wasatch Range makes a rugged, glacial backdrop for the 85% of the states population living within 15 miles. Mount Nebo is highest at 11,928 feet, but the peaks around Alta and Park City are most popular. "The greatest snow on earth" falls on these spectacular slopes. Lone Peaks granite outcrops provide top climbing. Canyons and valleys are loved by fly-fishermen and hikers. After all that adventure, retire to a hip restaurant or enticing hot tub in chic Park City.

We are a small, family owned motel, located in the beautiful Heber Valley. We are the perfect motel for your family reunion or quite get-away for two. Come and enjoy all the fun that the Heber Valley has to offer, and then come and enjoy our relaxing motel.
We were charmed by the idea of a family-owned and run business. We had to ring an outdoor phone to have someone come and check us in. When we entered the room, we were surprised at how old and outdated and run down everything was. We were especially shocked because we paid $127 and expected a great deal more than this. Clearly pets had been in the room previous to us because not only was there dog food kibble all over the floor, there was a little "doggy leaving" dried out and on the floor. We had pets and we took them out to the "grassy area" to do their business. We were prepared with our paper towels and bags. This area also had some a children's swingset and play toys. First this that happened was I stepped in a very large, wet and messy pile. Upon further examination, there wasn't a SINGLE UNDEFACATED PLACE in that whole space where you could walk your dog. Not to mention that children play there? GROSS. We discovered another small grassy area that was not as filthy as the previous place and our dogs were able to do their business, which we cleaned up. The room was directly next to the "vending" room. It was noisy. Door slamming over and over and over. People standing directly outside our door talking, laughing, their dog whining and barking, starting their cars ten minutes ahead of time to warm them up, etc. Miserable, miserable experience. Time to clean up, Swiss Alps. Time to bring to current, and time to make the the charge of $127 worth the stay. We will not be back.

Located just minutes from Midway and Park City, the Heber Senator Bed & Breakfast puts you in the middle of all the great recreational opportunities in this region. You will feel like you've stepped back in time as you experience all the charm and beauty of this historic, ten-room home built in 1902 by the Utah State Senator, Joseph R. Murdock. We look forward to seeing you here!
We looked for a place to stay online, and this new-to-us B&B was cheaper than the motels listed. The stay was worth twice as much as any of the motels. The pre-1910 house has been lovingly restored and converted to rooms and suites. We stayed in the Tiffany Suite with matching Tiffany lamps and light fixture. The furniture, the quilt, even the doilies were exquisite. I had crepes with fresh fruit for my delicious breakfast close to the framed work of art that the owner's great-grandmother crafted in the 1880's. The fabrics in the crazy quilt were colorful and edged in more types of embroidery stitches than I knew existed. The entire experience earned five stars.

I stayed at the Hines Mansion in mid-February 2022 while attending a writer's symposium. It is within walking distance to the Convention Center, Front Runner train station, two grocery stores, and many restaurants. From the beginning, I felt welcomed. When I arrived, the door to my room was open and waiting for me. The room had a jacuzzi which I used to warm myself from the Provo, Utah cold. There was also a private entrance so I could come and go as I pleased. Kyle made the most wonderful gourmet breakfasts! I loved the cinnamon roll french toast the best! I loved that there were snacks and beverages available at all times. Fresh fruit, chocolate chip cookies, peppermints, popcorn, cocoa, and tea. Why would you stay at a hotel? The Hines Mansion costs less than the Marriott! I will definitely stay there again, but next time I will bring my spouse for a romantic weekend.

Asked for an accessible room. One poorly placed grab bar. It was close to the front entrance. It worked for one night. As usual the bed was so high it is uncomfortable to sit on it. Left too early to try the breakfast.

A Touch of Elegance, a Hint of Adventure. The Anniversary Inn is Logan's most romantic getaway. Each of the 21 rooms is designed around a specific theme. Some are elegant like Aphrodite's Court, Arabian Nights, or the Grand Bridal Suite. Other Suites are more adventurous like Jesse James' Hideout or the Swiss Family Robison Suite (the bed is actually in a tree.) If you've never stayed at an Anniversary Inn, you have got to try this place!
This room and this place is MAGNIFICENT! By far the most incredible stay we’ve ever had. We stayed in the Swiss family Robinson suite #1 in Logan. We were two hours late checking in, but The receptionist was impeccable. Everyone was so kind and caring. The room was easily accessible, right around the corner from the parking lot. We had the Swiss Family Robinson room #1. This room is SPECTACULAR! We immediately felt like we had been transported to the jungle!! The tree is just fantastic, and there’s a rock wall along the whole left side. The shower and tub are inside the rock rich is amazing. The whole room is just so impeccably well done. The fish tank is amazing, it even has a pirate ship in it! And the fish were super cute. The bubbler In the fish tank sounded incredible! Just like a waterfall! And to top it all off as if the rest wasn’t incredible enough.. they have twinkle stars!!!! Talk about ENCHANTING! They truly looked like stars! Even the lights on the walls were amazing and fit the theme super well. The one by the bed hummed just slightly which made it feel like it was kerosene! Much more authentic. Lying on the bed it felt like We were truly in the rainforest. We could hear the waterfall effect from the fish tank, the crickets and I could even almost hear rainforest birds singing, lying there looking up at the twinkle stars. Truly ENCHANTING. When we walked in it was nice and cold per our request to the staff. It was spectacularly clean. Tons of little soaps and welcoming stuff around. Beautifully folded towels. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. And we found free sparkling cider iced and ready to go. We ordered a popcorn which was the best popcornnWe’ve had in a while! Coming here was an absolute treasure, and I’ll remember it for the rest of my life. It was truly special to be with my sweetheart in such a romantic enchanting place. It didn’t even need rose petals or candles. It truly felt like sleeping in the Amazon rainforest but without the bugs, the tent and the fear of animals bothering you. I’m so glad we made it here. It was worth it!!I’d recommend it to EVERYONE! 10/5 stars!

Complimentary snacks & Beverages in-room refrigerator, comfortable beds, luxurious furnishings, Romance & Dining options.... and more!
The design of the room was cool and really does feel Roman/European but it was dirty and cramped feeling. The gossamer drapes hanging over the bed were ripped where they connected to the wall and filthy looking from dust as if they hadn't been taken down and cleaned since they were hung. The white bed cover and white decorative pillows were not white but dingy gray from age and use. Some of the decorative pillows had water (I hope it was water...ewww) stains. The round bed had a memory foam topper on it that wasn't cut to fit correctly. There were holes in the wall, the ceiling tiles were stained from leaking water and some of them were falling down. The decorations in the room were covered in dust adding to the dingy, dirty feel of the room. There was no bathroom door, just a screen which is awkward even though my husband and I have been married for 19 years. Breakfast was hot but lacking in quantity. The shower was really great though. There are multiple shower heads that spray in different directions. However, the handles to turn on the showers were starting to break from use. We liked the way you check in and out with simply using the door key code keyed to your phone number. The snack bar was nice to have access to. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay.

I booked this motel because it was the last option I had in my price range. I had booked two nights and ended up being completely grossed out and left early. Don't book this motel! You will also end up with only one channel, Hallmark. It was so dirty in the room that one of my daughters almost wouldn't use the toilet and refused to use the shower. I didn't even bother asking for a refund for the night I didn't use.

This company is terrible. Not responsive and dishonest. They are not honest about fees. Do not hire them to manage your property or rent from them. if you look through the reviews most of the positive ones are about their restaurant which brings the rating up. The reviews on their property management alone would probably give them 1 star or maybe 2. Most reviews about the property management are critical of their hidden charges and financial dishonesty. BEWARE
