Location, + touch of art + comfort + tasty & healthy food. Walking distance to the Old Town, Royal Castle, Embassies, Opera House, Orchestra Hall, Chopin Museum, National Museum, Historic Churches, Lazienki Park, Railroad station - direct connection with the airport, restaurants, pubs and bars.+ quiet neighborhood.Everything you need is just a few minutes away on foot: restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters, and a broad range of shopping opportunities.
Just as Rick Steves said, family-run, friendly, comfortable, chef was so good I saw no reason to eat anywhere else. Close to everything. Jarek still adorable after all these years wielding his broom. I enjoyed a glass of wine with him. He and his operation are supporting a group of young Ukrainian musicians. Don’t miss the nightly Chopin concert.

The Apple Inn offers you clean, comfortable one, two or three person bedrooms (single or twin beds). Each bedroom has an en suite shower room and WC, LCD Satellite TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. There is also free internet access throughout the hotel. There is a lift to the hotel, and an equipped kitchen and a library. Additional computer access is available.
Good location just a short walk from the beginning of the Royal Route, about 10 minutes. Unexpected hideaway hotel on the fourth floor through an alleyway into a small courtyard behind Vincent Cafe. Completely modern large room (double). Also offers breakfast in a communal area which you prepare yourself from food provided in fridge etc. With cooking facilities and a place to sit and eat. Very good value.

My boyfriend and I where picking a room the last minute and got this room on Booking.com for 63 euros for two nights. The service and accommodation where overall great, the only thing that was the problem was the distance between the place and the city center. It is a 1 hour walk but if you take a tram or a car/uber it's about 15-20 min.

The WAWABED B&B is located in a noble pre-war district bordering in the south with the historic Warsaw old town offering a balance between dynamism and peace. The completely new, opened in 2011 WAWABED Bed and Breakfast is located in a small street with practically no traffic during the night. We offer you 8 completely new rooms in a premium standard. And don’t miss our great traditional breakfasts on the terrace! It’s worth it.
I coukdnt be more satisfied by the welcome after my long trip by motorbike when arriving in the wonderful stay at wawabed. The owners were immediately helpful, even though it was raining they came with an unbrella, got the wet cloth to dry, moved the car for to park the bike on a safer place. Also in advanced they made all the preparations. Constantly thinking with me how I could make the most out of the trip with great hints where to eat, what to visit, when to visit, what are the current regulations. They went above and beyond all expectations. Also the aftercare was sublime with a suggested itinerary, very friendly! The stay is clean, with the facilities you need and feels like a second home:)

We stayed here two nights. The room wasn't very large but really quiet, clean and yet comfortable. It's a good match if you are on a budget but still like to have some facilities and, of course, be well connected by public transport to the center of Warsaw. Friendly staff. Abundant breakfast.

Dom Literatury is located right on one of the most picturesque squares of Warsaw - our room had an amazing view over the Old Town, Sigismund's Column, and the Royal Castle! These monuments were literally steps away from the hotel. The hotel entrance is just off the main street, and the rooms are located on the third floor of a historic building (there's an elevator but the stairs are quicker). Adam at the reception was really helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English. (Thank you for the flexibility with rebooking!). A buffet breakfast is included and served downstairs in the restaurant - eggs, sausages, pastries, fruits and vegetables, bread, cold cuts, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is siutable only for coming to sleep. At least in our case. So, just pure facts: 1. in a 2 persons room only 1 person can walk through at 1 time. We are not overweights :D But still... 2. Very small room, old furniture, old wallpapers 3. Only 1 charging socket in a comfortable place near 1 bed (total 2 beds room) and the other is somewhere out there under the huge bed and if you dont have wire not long enough, you cant charge 2 gadgets at 1 time... or you need 2usb socket to have with you. 4. Shower cabin's doors are trembling and not stable enough 5. Towels are ok, but wasnt changed, dont know if it is very important, for 2 nights for us was ok 6. Broken leg of a table 7. Gave only 1 key-card which was cracked and wrapped around with scotch, but still working, so also ok i think :) 8. Has option of a breakfast, but as i see the place for it rather small, so may be not too much options - though i didnt see myself. Costs around 7 euro for 1 person. 9. Dont know, it may be very subjective, but we arrived late at night and it was rather hard first time to find how to drive in with the car, because the hotel is in the park, there are not much lights around, and no banners or anything to show, where to go to the hotel... 10. Nice reception and nice receptionists, very friendly, may be little bit lack of English speaking, but was enough for our needs. Also very hepful 11. Very pleasant odor of the real peony flowers everywhere in the vase 12. Nice surroundings outside, very calm place, the sleep was so nice, that in fact all mentioned things above were not so important - but just for all to know :)

we did a business trip including some presentation in the hotel last week. The rooms are very spacious (maybe a bit old school but anyway, they were clean, which is the most important) and the staff really friendly. Also the event was organized very well with a huge buffet. It is located a bit outside of Warsaw but reachable with car or taxi in about 20 minutes.
