Single, doubles & mini-apartments, excelent location, near from the airport in Tegucigalpa. Easy access to Cascadas Mall, City Mall & Metromall. Breakfast included.
I am a frequent traveler to Honduras but this was my first time to visit Tegus. My kids and I had been traveling for 32 hours by the time we arrived and we were exhausted. An acquaintance had made our reservations and I admit I was very skeptical at first. When we checked in I was so tired that I couldn't remember half of what the young lady at the front desk had told me. All I knew was there was breakfast served somewhere in the hotel but I wasn't sure of the times or location. We were given our key and told where our 1st floor room was. When we got in the room I felt a little strange having a door leading to what looked like back entrance or a small break area. It was clean but I wasn't sure what it was and therefore didn't venture out there. We kept the windows/curtains closed for that part of the room. Our other windows looked out into the hallway of the hotel so those also remained closed. The room was very clean and spacious. I was expecting a friend to come and escort us to a very late supper. I received a phone call from the front desk asking if I knew my friend or if I needed the armed guard to escort him from the hotel. I have to say that actually made me feel very safe and comfortable. Upon our return to the hotel, we fell into an exhausted sleep and slept very well. The only recommendation that I have is that there should be a pamphlet given to the guests with important information on it like the breakfast hours and wifi password. Otherwise our stay was very pleasant and I will consider staying here again if I should return to Tegucigalpa.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a familiar environment, cable TV, air conditioner, hot water, continental or local breakfast included, free parking. Within 10 minutes of major historic and commercial attractions and airport Toncontin.
We arranged with the owner of the hotel to lodge two brothers at the Riverview while one went on to have surgery at a nearby hospital. The rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfast is ample. Don Mario, the owner of the hotel, treated them like family going above and beyond to make a difficult week as comfortable as possible for the duo. I would recommend this budget hotel to anyone visiting Tegucigalpa.

I paid 11 dollars for a single room and I was SATISFIED! The room was cleaned every day, downstair there is a Chinese restaurant with good food and the hotel receptionists are very friendly and helpful (they told me what to visit and how to do it). I liked it there although in the morning the traffic sounds from behind the window were sometimes quite noisy.

Uyuca Vista Guest House is a beautiful Vacation House. It is ideal for family gatherings. The house is in the middle of the forest, with a direct view to Uyuca Mountain. If you decide to book the two rooms, you will not have to share the house with other families.

My husband and I had to travel to Tegucigalpa on business. I found this place quite by accident in my search for a safe hotel. Wow, what an incredible place to stay!! This is not your typical hotel in Tegus. It goes way beyond that. The owner has to be one of the most gracious hosts we have ever met. She organized everything from an absolutely beautiful clean room for us to stay, a fresh and delicious breakfast each morning at the time that we requested, an in room massage which was one of the best ive had and she even drove us in her personal car to a nearby restaurant (La Cumbres) so we could enjoy an absolutely fantastic dinner and picked us up afterwards! It is perfectly located in an upscale area, 10 minutes by car to the US Embassy, 15 minutes to the mall, 20 minutes to the airport and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful El Picacho National Park where you can take in stunning city views and enjoy the zoo! The grounds of the hotel are well kept, full of flowers and plants and you will wake up to the sound of birds after an extremely restful sleep. Being up on the hill and out of the city, the air is cool and fresh which is a much welcomed treat in Tegus. If you are in town for a night or a few this is the best place to be, hands down!
