Our b&b is located in the middle of a urban area in Cosenza - Rende, exactly in Roges, a focal point for all those who have relations with the various structures of work in such the territory as loyal court, university, hospital, banks and shops. The area is provided with every type of facilities and means o transport to the city center of Cosenza, the University of Calabria and places of tourist attraction.Our rooms are spacious, comfortable, airy and bright, very comfortable in the decorations and well equipped with digital-tv and free wi-fi internet access. A well-assorted breakfast, is mainly composed of typical regional products. Courtesy and professionalism characterize our hospitality.We look forward to seeing you soon! Thanks a lot.
More Than Just a B&B! Must Stay!
Reviewed By Victoria ZMy boyfriend and I spent a night here during our roadtrip down to Sicilia in August. We were very tired and had been going through a nightmare dealing with the mobile Airbnb site, but we found this place last minute and wow was it the right decision!! Booking was easy and fast, and despite arriving very late and getting a bit lost, we were greeted warmly by the managers, a beautiful friendly couple. The husband, Oronzo, showed us around and we were very impressed with our room, which came with everything we needed, and was spacious, cozy, and quiet. In the morning we were served a typical tasty Italian breakfast, and Oronzo sat and chatted with us. Despite my near non-existent Italian, we managed to talk quite a bit and understand each other. It was wonderful being able to chat with Oronzo and hear a bit about the history of the region and Italy in general; not only was he a patient and easy-to-understand converser, he was very passionate and knowledged about Italy's history, culture, art, and design! I only wished I could speak more Italian, since I am an art student. After a second round of caffè, we were on our way, well rested, full, and thoroughly satisfied. Stay here if you want to experience some true Italian hospitality and a wonderful chance to interact with friendly hosts. Out of all the places we stayed at in our 5 weeks in Italy (Venice, Bologna, Roma, Napoli, Salerno, Cosenza, Taormina, Palermo), this was by far our favourite. Views and rooms may have been prettier, but in the end it's the people we meet who make the memories!

Reviewed By Mark en Monique vBeautiful location with all the amenities and stunning views on the old town of Rende. The wine and the food was amazing and prepared with great care. Enormously friendly and warm owners. Daughter (13 years!) speaks perfect English. Clean and nice pool.

Reviewed By Gaetano PAt the beginning of this year (2015) i had the chance to be in Rende (CS) and i was looking for a place to stay. I found this Beautuful place while searching the net. What should i say? Very convenient for travel, very close to the University. The B&B is very cozy, has all the comforts and is spotless. The owner, Mario, is the nicest person in the entire Calabria, he made me feel at home throughout the period of stay. Recommended!

You can easily go in the center of the city, visit the historical center of the little town of Rende, go to the university or just take a walk to admire a beautiful landscape between the mountains. Jessica, the owner, is really kind and the place is comfortable and nicely elegant. The rooms are large and all the common spaces are arranged with care and attention in details. There are also a cured garden and a large terrace where you can sit and relax for a coffee break or practice gym or yoga. Excellent place and people!

Cura per la pulizia, sistemi elettronici di apertura/chiusura porte, ampio parcheggio. Sfiora l'eccellenza, soprattutto in rapporto qualità/prezzo, che raggiungerebbe con una buona prima colazione che, effettivamente, è appena sufficiente.
