The Auto Hotel Paraiso Inn offers luxury rooms fully private as they have parking for your car in every room. Wifi. All rooms have air conditioning , ceiling fan , satellite TV, hair dryer , king size bed , hot and cold water, two suites with private jacuzzi . We offer a cold breakfast with lots of fruit, fresh coffee at an extra charge. The tropical garden located on the edge of the forest overlooking the mountains , you can see the scarlet macaws , parrots , parakeets , toucans and other tropical birds and the famous howler monkeys. The sun deck has an outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people, a real treat!

Reviewed By MartinS1129Large, spacious, comfortable, king size bed with your own garage to park below your room - Especially good when you're driving long distance and are constantly transporting stuff from your car to your room and back. We only stayed 1 night but Carlos gave us great advice on where to eat that night, made us very welcome and made us a very nice breakfast in the morning served in the garden. The only comment I'd make is that there was no protein for breakfast save some yogurt. Carlos, may I suggest you can make good scrambled eggs very easily in the microwave in your kitchen, without having to employ a chef and with minimal mess and fuss. That would fill the slight hole left by not having that protein fix. All round though, a lovely stay and we'd highly recommend it to others.

Well located budget place
Reviewed By Yazmina RNice location close to everything, shuttles that take to the ruins are few minutes walk away. Shared dorm is spacious, beds are comfortable. Is very clean. At the time of my stay was only 1 prson there so was calm. Staff is very helpful. Just is too hot in the room since is top, third floor and misding a/c. There are small fans to use but no much help during the day. Later in the night when temperature drops down is more favorable. There is no a kitchen and some commun area. The street is very busy and noisy since early in the morning, the cars and people yeling. For a short stay is acceptable.

Clean but not much hot water
Reviewed By kirans445The rooms are clean and the cleaners are very good and effective. The rooms are comfortable and beds are great. The air conditioning works. Hot water was my issue here. I think the tank was small so I had mainly warm to cold showers! It was fine for me because the weather was so hot. The WiFi was another issue for me. It didn’t work very well in the room but was fine downstairs. They have a laundry service too.

Peaceful Setting near THE most gorgeous archeological site!

Their absolutely Beautiful property is located perfectly: peaceful gorgeous jungle surroundings, views to die for ànd close to the archeological site. Adriana (owner) and especially Juanita (employee) will take excellent care of you if you choose to explore Palenque from here!! She has great recommendations for food etc. The rooms are wonderfully decorated with glass stain musthaves from their own (!) workshop behind! We were here in April so the upper Temple view room was a tiny bit challenging in terms of heat with only a fan, but rooftop was great!! The pool is gorgeously set & refreshing, the house dogs are super friendly (and i am usually afraid of them!) - please snuggle with Master (the oldest - see photo). Nevermind Chichen, GO to Palenque (Magnificent site!!) and stay with Adriana and Ramon please :) :)

Reviewed By hl349We absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were brilliant; so clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the included breakfast. The experience helping to care for the orphaned monkey babies was out of this world. Our favourite part of Mexico so far. Thank you so much.

Reviewed By Ruth HWe had a great stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean and good WiFi! The staff are really what made the stay tho. Couldn't fault them, they were so lovely to us. We missed breakfast so they dropped it up to our room without us asking :) We also had some confusion with our bus so we only arrived at 5am the morning after we should have checked in and they offered us an extra nights stay at no cost because we technically missed our first night. So generous of them!! Would definitely recommend, it's not too far of a walk to the town centre either!

Reviewed By tuitam_netReally nice and cheap place. Much better than any other in the town. Clean, spacious, included breakfast. The older lady was really nice and helpful, girls who served us breakfast in the morning were a bit too slow and sleepy.

Reviewed By DraganaS_13This hotel is good, not too bad. Rooms are big and they have AC. Bathroom is small but clean. Hotel had kitchen but l did not use that. Pool is terrible, it is not clean and don't use that. Near hotel there is a large supermarket and it is 15 mins from centre.

Reviewed By Hope MWe literally got one hour sleep here. This hotel is bang in the middle of the action which means noisy beyond belief. Live band directly under room played from 10ish to 2ish. Cannons outside window went off periodically from 4 and church bells also just outside hotel started at 5.30. Partying noise all night long. View from balcony was great and low cost but we would not recommend if you want to sleep at all.
