Eseriani resort is a great place, the ambiance , customer services is top, Grace the receptionist is such a gem....I'd recommend this place . We will definitely be back . In addition it's a nice, secluded, comfy location. Also the food is really tasty we tried the deep fried fish with ugali/ chips and it's was amazing and freshly cooked. Compliment to the chef.

Colourful, cozy hotel in green and quiet Lakeview area, within walking distance from all services and nearest wildlife park. Hotel is furnished with all-Kenyan furniture and African interior design elements. We strongly support local handicraft businesses and communities.
A very affordable hotel in a quiet, welcoming and creative environment. Clean and tidy room. Sari was very helpful in arranging activities and giving tips. Good homemade food at good prices. Nice staff who took good care of me. I will be happy to return!

I was booked here for work and what a terrible place this is. from the receptionists who spoke in mother tongue and reluctantly checked me in, no directions to the rooms --we actually got lost and had to be rescued by a restaurant staff (Teresia). The hotel is still under construction with rocky pathways so you cannot drag your suitcase and there are no porters to help. The rooms are spacious but musty and laden with bugs (both creeping and flying ones) for which there is a solo guy who walks around spraying the room on request--woe unto you should another bug crawl in after he has left! Showers were excruciatingly and freezing cold-- with an instruction to let ir run for 10 minutes but never worked. In fact, it took 40 minutes for someone to respond to handle the water situation and it was not resolved. Add to that stained toilets, rusty taps. Service was terrible, the staff --especially reception was completely reluctant to be of help.

We only spent one night here, the staff were really pleasant and quite helpful, the food was not too bad, bar service was a little slow but reasonably priced. The room however needs some attention, especially the bathrooms, our shower tap dripped all night, the toilet did not fill with water and the shower door leaked so much that it made the floor very wet.

This place deserves more recognition. If the facilities are quite old and not everything works properly, I feel giving 5 for their food. The chef is a master - always cooking excellent fresh and diverse local dishes. Everyone from our group was so happy about food, even our guides said they barely get such quality ! The prices in Jan22 were 2500khs (slightly below 25$) for a queen-size bedroom including breakfast (an amazing and huge one). You can also get a cheaper room for 2000khs for 2 single beds. The chef and the manager are very friendly and helpful.

This hotel has the most beautiful rooms I've slept in the small town of Naivasha! The suite I stayed in was soooooo spacious and had a kitchenette. The best part of my experience was friendliness of the staff! they make you feel right at home. The food was super tasty throughout the day with so much to choose from.

We were very disappointed in this hotel, hot water didn't work, food was poor, directions were terrible, had to call the front desk at least 6 times to find it in the dark. run down and rooms bare. we got two rooms for two couple and had to borrow things from each other like boiling water for tea.

It happens to be the Kenya Pipeline Company's training and conference centre, and it's unashamedly a no-frills property. But there's a huge pool and a well fitted out gym and sauna, decent food, and above all a very friendly staff. Very.

Very convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff, affordable price in downtown of Naivasha city. Found this to be an easy access to south lake and back also to Hells Gate, longonot mountain, and only an lake Nakuru National park. Food was well prepared and you can ask special menu. The bar is relatively quiet. Remember to order breakfast in advance because it's not included in accommodation price.
