Munich exudes Bavarian charm. Beer fanatics should head immediately to the Hofbräuhaus, a hops heaven that’s been churning out the good stuff since 1589. The drinking is downright legendary during Oktoberfest, a celebration of local beers and German specialty foods. Emulate world-class athletes at the Olympiapark, where skating on the Olympic ice rink will make you feel like a champion. The promenade of Marienplatz is perfect for people watching and gawking at the Glockenspiele of City Hall.

Pros: locatiom, price, clean basic, curt and helpful staff. Cons: a/c still not working due to winter season even though it’s warm, so we had to open the windows as it was getting stuffy and hot in the room. Big mistake as now we had to deal with endless construction noise including a loud jackhammer daily! We were so sleep deprived during our entire stay. Another problem was the broken shades between the bathroom and bedroom: zero privacy. Not sure what’s the purpose of this odd design anyway. The one thing that we considered acceptable though is the cost of the stay. We paid at least 3 star prices for a 2-3 star hotel vs. most Munich central 3 star hotels with 4 star prices.

We stayed several nights on 2 occasions while traveling around Bavaria. The new rooms are very well done. Comfortable beds, great shower and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were ready to fly home and need a covid test - manager made appointment for us, filled out the forms and within an hour of signing us up, walking to the test center, we had our negative test complete for flight home. Breakfast was an excellent European selection.

We are a family business with personal atmosphere and superb service. Our quiet and comfortable rooms can be used as single, double or triple room. There is also one family room available.
I arrived very late at the hotel when the front desk was not occupied anymore but the hotel handled it very well with sending an email ahead with all the details on how to get the key etc.. Rich breakfast. The room is very simple, but clean.

The Arthotel ANA Diva knows what private and business travelers want. Perfect city location, subway, free Wi-Fi, underground parking - and an ambience, as it could not be exquisite enough! Bold elegance with a hint of Art Deco characterizes the house and each one of the 79 stylish rooms, which are equipped with sophisticated extras. ROOMS The Arthotel ANA Diva has 79 comfortably equipped single, double and family rooms with Art Deco appeal, some with minibar. In the selection of the interior was thought of everything, where guests value with value: an exquisite play of colors and high-quality carpets characterize every room, in addition to a high-tech smart TV with mirrored surface, a trendy Peacock Chair and a more elegant Console table are located. Luxurious king-size beds guarantee restful sleep and the bath surprises with a comfortable walk-in shower, a noble vanity and a large mirror front. The underground station Stiglmaierplatz is only a three-minute walk from the hotel. From there you are within minutes directly at the Munich Central Station. Here are the best connections - be it in the lively Munich pedestrian zone, the nightlife district Schwabing or to stroll through the English Garden. The best way to explore the city is with one of the bicycles provided free of charge.
This hotel offers simply decorated with no frills yet relatively spacious rooms, including 'family rooms' which are in fact two rooms with a connecting door. Prices are very moderate - we paid around 400 € for three nights in the peak summer season, which is very reasonable. The reception desk can be very busy as it is only staffed by one person, but we fell on a very helpful and accommodating receptionist. Parking is available on site in an underground garage for Euro 15 a day but places are limited and cannot be reserved in advance. Hotel is also conveniently located, with most places in the old town reachable by foot within 20-25 minutes and a metro station nearby....

We offer nice and new renovated double/twin rooms, triple and quads. Also: parking place on the back of the hotel for 7 Euro per night, laundry services, ticket to the royal castles Neuschwanstein, bikes, nice family rooms all new renovated,no carpets, all for non-smokers, good breakfast and very good location
Nice hotel near the city centre and easily accessible with public transport. The parking at the accommodation was spacious, the room was big and clean and the breakfast was nice and varied, despite the COVID-19 measures. The owner was very polite, helpful and friendly. The only drawback would be the surrounding streets, which were chaotic and confusing to navigate, mainly due to road work - although this will hopefully be remedied in the future.

Very close to Hauptbahnhoff Southend exit. Especially if you exit alongside internal edge of station Platforms 6/7. then 200meters .to corner. Excellent points are staff receptionists. 10 out of 10. Sadly Rest is slightly downhill. Front looks bigger and much more modern than inside.? Enter up a few stairs into smallish lobby and kiosk reception . Behind that is a smallish breakfast restraunt for approx 9 people max during covid where an average breakfast can be had within Good times.7-10. Same menu daily?Waterdown orange juice...really. Up a flight of uneven stairs to our quieter room.We are 74 years of age. Using small lift is no better. It was not that quiet whilst sirens and trams are easily heard most of the night. Our TV didnt work properly ...even for the three of four English speaking channels, which had to be paged individual with cheap zapper that did not have digital numbers board for channel change. Up and down.for that only. Reidculous cent pinching...Yes the place is spotless clean and the decor matches the age of the inside of property.ie drab. Our balcony ? door window was stickung but it is overlooked by numerous others. One good point is a lock up glass case which reception can sell bottles of beer and small wines. Dunno what happened to the fridge. ?Two seperate beds meant we could not shut the door in 104. Extractor fan not powerfull enough.Fire alarm fitted. Opposite side of road are two Turkish restraunts which obviously are not aware of Covid, so avoid these packed out places and walk around the corner to find a few medium/cheap restraunts. Cafe Mozart..excellent .The Pizza place just further on was a letdown though. Their is nothing worth seeing past this area westwards. I do not know why anyone can say this excellent. Returning home we stopped in Gatwick econolodge for less than half the price and is light years ahead in quality and quieter even next to a major airport. I do hope Sammi returns from Israel and thinks a bit about modernisation. His staff deserve better. Sorry. Not value for money. Maybe just one night.
