Reviewed By rdrake369946The room and the homemade food was excellent and tasted very good! The spa was also very good. The staff was very helpful and upgraded our room to a suite. We would certainly like to return and we recommend Järvsöbacken strongly!

The Best Western Hotel City Gavle is a charming and newly renovated hotel in the best downtown location. The hotel is located next to the shopping mall Galleria Nian and the main square and has 92 clean rooms that are pet and smoke free. All rooms have cable television, Internet access, shower and toilet. Directly connected to the hotel you can find the shopping streets Drottninggatan, Nygatan and the main square, with dozens of restaurants, bars and cinemas.

Reviewed By Marty2travelA good hotel in de centre of the city. Rooms were a bit small, but the breakfast made up for that. Bathroom was simple and the beds were comfortable. We parked our car in de parking building next to the hotel.

Feedback from one of our guests A really nice place to stay. It reminded us of staying in Bullerbyn. The corner-room with sheer curtains. The view towards the little Enangers river in one direction, and towards the old church in the other direction. Very beautiful beds. Very nice stylish interior. It was like coming home . Breakfast OK. Host and hostess nice and attentive. Good to be able to get a cup of tea or coffee or a snack for a cheap price. We really liked this place and will gladly return . A big plus that it was so close to the highway, but far enough away so that no traffic noise was audible. Only the wind that whistled and the stream trickling past. It was also incredibly affordable.

This is a cute and charming litle place, named hotel but it´s more like an B&B. Here you have comfy single and twin rooms, and you´ll find us at a perfect location in the city of Gavle (Gävle). Restaurants, shoping and museums are within walking distance. Included in our prices is a healty swedish breakfast, and you get free Internet! Pets are allowed in some of the rooms.

Unfortunately the rooms arent sounfproof at all and you can hear your neighbours down the hallway snoring. You get value for your money, but next time I will stay at a more expensive hotel. In contrast to some other reviewers I don't find the hotel charmig, just old and in need of a renovation.

People are precious and they make Sidsjo wonderful. A place you want to stay again and again. Clean comfortable room, scenic location, cheerful breakfast, kitchen on each floor so you can cook, free laundry. People and place both are awesome. Reviewed By AndreassnStayed at this hotel for 6 nights in one of their suites. The hotel is located by the water front with amazing views and sunrises. The room was large and comfortable although being a suite, we found several items missing such as a fridge and a desk. The bathroom was larger with a separate shower and a spa bath. Breakfast is nice and have good variety of choices. Parking is free and is on a common lot next to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and the suite if you want a relaxed weekend stay.

Much too little money at Hotel Avenue B & B. At times other than reception hours you can reach us by phoneMuch too little money to get the one that takes into Hotel Avenue B & B. There is a small popular business and family hotel with a personal touch, located in the south. Perfect in its simplicity for those who want to add a minimal amount on accommodation and more on annat.Frukost included and there is free parking and WI-FI. Reviewed By kruxetReally bad room with a crappy shower! Spots everywhere, broken showerhead, broken sofa. Bare minimum on the breakfast! No staff at arrival, just a envelope at the counter and a mail with a code for the door. We are never gonna stay there again!

Reviewed By Ian MStayed for 3 nights in November. The owner was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Friendly and chatty. They were also happy to help with making me food as the restaurant was closing and accommodating for me as a vegetarian. Good selection of beers at the bar, comfortable room and a sauna which was nice to use after a days hiking.

Engeltofta Residence have 28 Sea Lodges, all with a ocean view! We are located 10 minutes from the city centre of Gavle. Our apartments are equipped with 3 bedrooms, with beds for up to 5 persons, 2 showers/toilets, a small kitchen area and a living room, 2 outdoor decks, one facing the pool and putting green.

Reviewed By signebrockmanStayed here for a conference two days and everything was to my safisfaction. The cabins are big and has everything you need like kitchenstuff, washing machine and tv. Wifi was good everywhere. I was not so impressed with the vegetarian food. At dinner the waitress told everyone about the food but not about the vegetarian food. Thats boring and not good service. This place must be perfect for familys with kids in the summer.
