Such a nice place. The location is perfect with the tram no 8 right outside. The place itself is spotlessly clean and the room was very nice. Breakfast was ordered the night before and delivered to the room at the requested time the following morning. All the staff were very friendly and able to answer questions when needed. Great value for the price you pay.

The Conical Bed & Breakfast Deluxe is a luxury guest house in the best part of the Eixample of Barcelona. Perfect for tourists who want to feel the comfort and freedom site. Located 250 meters from Paseo de Gracia. It offers all the comforts of a 4 star hotel and the calm of a private home.
Location was great and just close enough to the city centre (15min walk) and right around the corner from local restaurants and bars that were for the local community experience and not overly tourist heavy. The hotel team welcomed us and we had two rooms and lot's of treats thrown in courtesy of the team. We've visited Barcelona many times and will definitely come back to this hotel again. Amazing rooms and friendly staff. A great experience and highly recommend. Thank you team Conica

Many thanks for the excellent service. Hostel of excellent quality in the heart of Barcelona. Rooms tiny but clean and functional. Everything is fulfilled according to the agreement. On my next visit, I will be happy to return. Thank you.

Let’s be very clear that this is NOT a hotel but a hostel. Do not be deceived by some reviews that this is a hotel. The location is convenient and it is just about 150 meters from the Liceu Station. It’s right in the middle of the pickpocket haven of La Ramblas. It’s located in a lane, Sant Pau. While the location is convenient, I am not a fan of walking past a lane where homeless people stay. There is always a urine stench in the morning! You also need to be very careful about your belongings as pickpockets are known to actively operate in the area. I was approached by strangers every night if I wanted a ‘smoke’. On 2 occasions, I was approached by hookers who looked like they were high on the crack. The single room is absolutely tiny and you can’t swing a cat it in. I think it’s about 5.5 ft by 9 ft excluding the toilet. I was given a room right in front of the elevator and the noise from people talking when the returned in the night was unpleasant. The walls are very thin and did little for soundproofing. I could hear toilet flushing and conversations clearly when people talked along the corridor. Housekeeping was also an issue. Bed sheets were not replaced for my 10 day stay! The towels were replaced once in 2-3 days. The only amenity is a tiny bottle of shower and miniature hand soap which were not replaced for the entire 10 days. I had to buy my own shower gel. There is also no water provided, no kettle and fridge in the room. The staff were friendly though. Overall, if you are ok with a tiny room, a lack of amenities and poor sounding proofing, then you should be fine with this hostel.

Vatican Style Luxury Rooms is situated in the heart of Rome close to the Vatican and Borgo Pio. Set like a diamond between Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza San Pietro, the area has been over the years the beating heart of the Popes of Rome and maintained, despite a story so dense and full of changes of government, the old charm of a Roma unique and unspoilt.
The location of this hotel was perfect, right outside the entrance to St Peters Square. We had a twin room and it was spotless. Air conditioning and bathroom were both excellent and the staff helped arrange airport shuttles. Breakfast was above average and delivered to the room, lots of fresh fruit and a good range of coffees. Nespresso in the room (could have had more pods supplied) Would definitely recommend and return.

OTTO Rooms is a brand new charming Guest House, opened in December 2018, in Piazza Mazzini, the heart of the elegant and central Prati district, in Rome. The area is strategic: - for tourists who want to visit Rome: it is located 550 meters from the Lepanto metro station, about 2 km from the Vatican Museum and the historic center, which are easily reachable on foot. - for those who want to join events at the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico: we are about 1.5 / 2 km away from them - for business customers: it's very close to the RAI offices and to the Civil and Criminal Courts, the Court of Auditors and the Court of Cassation. It is a very hight level structure in terms of services, customer comfort, hospitality and attention to detail with modern and elegant furnishings that takes into account the needs of our guests, business or tourists. Our peculiarity is also having combined the receptive aspect with that of culture, art and photography. The entire OTTO Rooms common area, including the breakfast room, is in fact conceived as a real exhibition space in which, on a regular basis, we organize events and exhibition openings, mostly photographic. A pioneering concept of hospitality that allows guests of the Guest House to enjoy free of charge the works exhibited in the large common areas, and at the same time conceived as a real "photographer's house", in which all fans of this new art can meet for share, compare and grow through all the events organized and proposed. A rich breakfast is always included, with a sweet / savory continental buffet and coffee served by our good housekeeper, and has courtesy kit, mini fridge, kettle, safe and USB sockets in all rooms.
We were looking for some good and normal price hotel. In Roma you can choose between plenty of options but some are realy "specific". Otto rooms gives you perfect location, very good standard and lovable people. 100% of satisfaction ?

Hostal Fernando has a very good position, close to the metro Liceu, the guys at the reception are very smiling and helpful, that’s all. We stayed 3 nights and had an amount of small problems that, added one to the other, really made it uncomfortable. -Room was extremely small -Bathroom hasn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived, there was hair on the floor and a persistent smell coming from the shower -Hairdryer did not work the first night, they sent me in another room for using a working one, promising that they would have fixed it the day after. Second day it worked for a few minutes and then stopped. After 20 minutes they gave me a hairdryer while my 3 yrs old child was waiting with hair fully wet. -They didn’t change all the towels I left on the floor, for example one day they didn’t give me a new rug for the shower -Breakfast is poor Considering it costed 325 € for three nights, I found it a bit expensive, for what it offers, overall would not recommend it

This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. This was our first visit to Barcelona and I stumbled upon this hotel while searching Booking.com and fell in love from the pictures. I kept my expectations lower because sometimes the pictures are way better than the real-life experience, but this time the pictures really did the place justice. The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, the metro and more. The hotel is beautifully decorated and styled. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing. The room had A/C. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap and more. The hotel provided bottles of water in the room which was a nice way to rehydrate after walking around the city. Breakfast was delicious! They offered a variety of sweet and savory items. The coffee was tasty and the employees assisting with breakfast service were great. I wanted to take the hotel furnishings with me and decorate my own home with them. If I visit Barcelona again, I will definitely stay here again.

The elegant and classic decor distinguishes the style of our six splendid Suites in dominant tones of white. All Suites enjoy a splendid view which arcs from the Tower of Orologio to the Oratory dei Filippini, both buildings the genius of Borromini in the 1600s. The exclusive atmosphere which you will find in all of our Suites will assure you of a comfortable and relaxing stay. All Suites have private baths with large showers. Breakfast is served in a spacious dining room with three grand windows which give onto Gianicolo Park and The Piazza della Chiesa Nuova. The dining room is always open for your use.
Lovely old world charm with modern rooms. The view from our room was amazing! Anita and Matteo were warm and welcoming. I can’t say enough about the home cooked breakfast on the rooftop terrace. It’s like a dream. Matteo made breakfast every morning and it was absolutely amazing. We booked this hotel based on the reviews and it was even better then expected.
