It has a living and dinning room with all necessary furniture with cooking facility. There is a washing machine to wash your clothes as well. It comes with only one Toilet cum bath.

You could say that he was at my service 24 hours a day, a service worthy of a 5 star hotel. Available and caring, he even delivered delicious meals from the 2 restaurants near this guest house until I was repatriated. So a big thank you for all your help during this time.

Jes Guest House is owned and managed by the friendly and charming young Pereira couple who live exactly below their 4 well maintained spacious guest rooms above their home. They also have a guest room with kitchen and balcony on the ground floor. Living just below the Jes Guest House, they are able to provide prompt and efficient service to their guests. Being Goans, one is guaranteed to be pleased by their Goan hospitality and friendliness which is second nature to all people of Goa. The owner of Jes Guest House Mr. Damasceno Pereira has 4 spacious separate rooms each having its own independent balcony to view the lush greenery outside. Jes Guest House is located in a quiet and appealing local beach village of South Goa called Majorda. The guest house is surrounded by tall lush palm trees all around with a splatter of Goan village houses.
Clean, spacious great place in a great location
Reviewed By E2200UTchrislThis was possibly the best place I stayed in India in 3 months, it was clean (much much cleaner than many places), comfortable, and had all the facilities I wanted. A 10 mins walk to the be beach made it more affordable, and for me a much better location being peaceful and surrounded by palmtrees. Dominic, the owner was a great host.

Excellent Family Stay & Amazing Hosts

We did reserve a different place earlier but it was cancelled at the last moment due to inadequate facilities for a large group of our size and TGF was chosen at the last hour in some desperation kind of situation. However, it is proved to be the right choice and it was a great experience right from checking in until all of us checked out staying at the place for 5 days. It is the people , Mr. Steven and Mr. Lourdes who made all the difference for our stay at the place, taking care of every need and requirement we have had in getting our family function going smooth without any problems. Both of these gentlemen took care of us so nicely attending to our all requests, without we getting out of the place and running around. We never felt that we were out of place and when ever we approached them they helped us out of their way instantly like a family. The Rooms are very good with lot of space to move around with all the basic requirements and are fairly well maintained and the place is quiet and peaceful. The place is close to the beaches, just some walking distance with lots of good Restaurants in the nearby areas. I am sure it's value for money proposition and would definitely chose to stay at the place when ever we will visit Goa again. Would recommend the place for people who like quiet surroundings. Thank you Steven and Lourdes for your help and hospitality. We will always remember out stay at your place.

Reviewed By write2lloydExcellent service by the house keeper Maya. She maintains the place like its her own. Its very clean and well maintained. The place is close to at least 3 beaches and is not very far from Margao city( 30 mins bike ). We were a family of three and coming from the fast paced life of the city, we enjoyed the laid back culture of the village life. If you want to experience the real Goa, this is it.

Reviewed By CeejaygoaAccommodation only basis, four wooden chalets look out onto a small, but adequate swimming pool. (About 14 breast strokes long.) But with only a handful of guests staying here at one time, the pool is very often quiet / empty, so good for a quiet relaxing dip and lie in the sun. The pool is surrounded by coconut / palm trees and is rather lovely. That said, there is a bit of traffic noise breaking the tranquility at various point during the day. It really didn't detract as far as i was concerned though. Majorda beach is an easy 15 minute amble down through the village, and several excellent restaurants are within a similar walking distance. The Rainbows End is run by the lovely Lovey and her husband, and though we didn't have much cause to seek them out, when we did (faulty kettle and me being too stupid to operate the tv) these matters were attended to immediately. The place, and the chalets are clean, but the only reason I have not given 5 'stars' is that I feel it is looking a bit tired / jaded in places. I really enjoyed my stay (two weeks) here and would certainly recommend it - please just remember, you are not booking The Ritz or whatever. But equally, you are not paying Ritz style prices. Definitely worth checking out, in my opinion.

Reviewed By David DHave stayed here again, on 2 occasions, during the 2019/20 season, from 13th October to 10th December returning on 19th January till 2nd March. I am amazed that after all this time, staying at this family run Guest House is as good as it ever was, with very high standards. Our accommodation was cleaned every day and the bedding and towels changed every 2 days. Our mattress is so comfortable. Our room was equipped with fridge, kettle toaster, crockery & cutlery with a television and air conditioned. There was a secure drawer for valuables. Our balcony overlooks the main road, great place to sit in the morning, with a coffee, and watch the world go by. Also nice to sit in the evening with a nightcap. As always we were looked after so well by the Family. In December we were privileged to attend all the celebrations of a family members wedding, such hospitality over 4 days. During the celebrations there was a large marquee on the land front of the property The coconut trees were full of fairy lights, amazing. The accommodation is just a short walk down the road to the wonderful Gonsua Beach and our favourite beach shack, Lavina's. Will be back in November.

Reviewed By JoelPinto123This is one of the best places to stay during your vacation in South Goa.It is located at a walking distance from majorda beach and the hotel provides pick and drop facility free of cost to and from the beach for its guests.They have an beautiful shack at the beach too which serves delicious food and drinks.Unlike a regular hotel this place has spacious rooms with balcony and a small kitchen in your room with stove and free gas, in case you want to scramble your eggs and make your tea yourself , other than ammenities like fridge,tv,warm water,wifi,free parking etc.The owner Camillo is a great person and ensures you don't face any inconvenience.The manager Anthony is a jovial person and is always at your service.To sum up,excellent and clean rooms with all amenities,great service..Truly a home away from home.I will definitely recommend this place. Reviewed By tyronlazarusPalm View Inn is a beautiful property but the proprietor is anything but hospitable. She is a pathetic rude host and has no clue how to run this beautiful place. We were there last week as part of a wedding party and we left very disappointed. She does not even provide basic necessities like bottled water and toiletries to her guests. Some ACs weren't working in some of our rooms, at times the water would run dry in our toilets. Inadequate staff for maintenance and room service. Too few do's and too many don'ts. To sum it up....... beautiful property........awful proprietor.
