The housekeepers were lovely and Damien on reception was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful - he even came out looking for me on the day of my arrival when I managed to get completely lost while walking from the train station. Would certainly stay again.

The location was superb, 5 minute walk from the train station and close to all the pubs and restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again.

Reviewed By C7278FDjanicebWe had a great stay owner was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable and basic but had all we needed as we weren’t there much due to lots of sightseeing. Breakfast was tasty a full English, fruit, toast yoghurt and cereal with fresh juice tea and coffee. The metro is an easy walk with trains straight in to the city centre or delta cabs recommended by the hotel can be cheaper. Liverpool is a great city everyone is friendly. Thank you!

Basic accommodation somewhat overpriced

I would agree with others that the photos don’t represent what the hotel is like, it is clean but basic. We payed £170 which I felt was way over the odds. The hotel has no reception so it’s a self check in. This made me feel a little uncomfortable as it was not clear what to do in an emergency. The room itself was an attic room, clean, with a large comfy bed and good shower. The blind was tatty and broken. The breakfast was served in the basement by 3 very nice women but there was no choice given it just arrived without a menu, it was nicely cooked. A choice of vege options and cereal or croissants would have been nice. I would not stay here again as I feel the price was about double what it was worth

You get what you pay for
Reviewed By besrmCame with my friends just for one night, when we got there they gave us a room in the basement, the Wi-Fi was not working and the toilet was blocked and had no windows. They ended up moving us to the second floor. The second room was big and had massive windows and the toilet was nice, with bathtub. Overall the stay was nice. You get what you pay for basically. And the hotel is really good located, in the city centre.

We really are a chic boutique style Guest house and we guarantee you will be surprised and pleased when you stay with us We are situated in the Anfield area of Liverpool 100 yards walk away from the Stadium. A short walk across Stanley Park which is opposite our house brings you to Everton Football Stadium and we are 10 mins away from the City Centre

Reviewed By drewm2809I headed to liverpool for the champions league weekend, Suzanne gave me a call within 24hrs to confirm the booking of the room. On arrival I was greeted by Suzi, who was very friendly and very helpful, made me feel like very welcome. I had booked the single room, which was clean, tidy and well presented, with a clean en suite. I spoke to some of the other guests who were regular visitors and they only had good things to say. I will certainly be using them again! Many thanks for the homely accommodation!
