The waiters are really rude and they do everything by force. It’s not nice place to spend with friends and family. The food was taken from supermarket and put into microwave. That’s unacceptable I’m such kind of place. It’s not the first time I came here and the rudeness of the stuff is really disturbing. Not recommended.

Very well located, local traditional food, traditional alpine wooden roof guesthouse and very kind family, is what you need to enjoy your time in our beautiful National Park and all those you can only find at our guesthouse!
We cannot speak highly enough about the hospitality and quality of service we received when visiting Kol Gjuni. We asked if we could join them for dinner and they were happy to put together a menu just for the two of us. Every ingredient was locally produced and fresh, which made the whole menu delicious and the whole experience feel special. The owners made us feel incredibly welcome and went the extra mile, offering us extra tastes of local delicacies and showing us how they made them. We felt as though we got the true rural Albanian experience and our visit here was a highlight of our trip. It's just a shame that we couldn't stay with them longer!

Valbona is the place to "Get Away from It All" - We have no Cinema, Discos, no streetlights no Gas Station not a single store and until recently no telephones. What we do have are the mountains, the clear blue river, more rare animals and plants than anywhere else in Europe, meadows full of wild strawberries and forests full of Hazelnuts and a pure deep silence broken only by the noise of the river burbling onwards. Opened in 2005, Rilindja (“Rebirth” in Albanian) was named for our dream of sustainable tourism and is the oldest operating hotel in Valbona.
Wonderful spot. The website is no longer functioning and the American knowledgeable lady has left. Food is quite pricey. Understaffed so food does indeed come at different times, but it’s good. Breakfast fantastic. But ask on time. Packed lunch was brilliant. Room basic, shower dripped, curtains could be thicker to block sunrise but what more do you need. Ruben the waiter was great. Fresh trout. The main reason I am giving a 5 is that Alfred speaks English perfectly and is extremely helpful, dropping people off higher in the village for hikes. He reacted to all My questions on WhatsApp. He was honest and extremely helpful. We wanted to hike to Valbona and he did a great job of providing a very good guide, helping with translation the night before. The day before someone had died during the trek which fellow travellers had told us. He was very equipped to explain what had gone wrong and how to avoid troubles and was honest about the risks and adamant that we not leave without a guide. If you want to stay here Valbona is quite spread out. So make sure to step out the furgon on time.

Luxory hotel in the center of Bajram Curri city.
Very friendly service and affordable hotel, rooms are clean and quiet ,free parking on the side, there is service 24/7 for everything you need,I will stay here again next time for sure .And if you don’t have transportation arrangements to other towns like Valbona national park or going to Kosovë or Tirana they will make sure you get your tickets and get there fast and safe.

L' hotel est quelconque. La chambre était propre mais sans confort. La salle de bain très petite. Après la douche tout est trempé. C'est valable pour une nuit avant de prendre le ferry pur Koman. ce que j'ai mangé au restaurant était immonde.

THOSE PEOPLE KNEW I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AND FLAGGED ME AS NO SHOW ON BOOKING.COM SO I COULD NOT WRITE A REVIEW THERE. THEY MADE ME PAY CASH FOR MY ROOM, SO I COULD NOT PROVE TO BOOKING I WAS ACTUALLY THERE. I HAVE NEWS FOR YOU, I CREATED THIS PAGE JUST FOR YOU ON TRIPADVISOR AND THERE IS ALSO GOOGLE REVIEWS. YOU ARE BAD AND DISHONEST PEOPLE, I WISH I NEVER WENT TO YOUR PLACE AND I WISH I FORGET WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THERE. OWNERS: Let’s talk about the staff. It’s a family, so mainly two brothers taking care of the place. The older brother has bad english, but can manage to have a conversation if he pleases. If you ask him things and he doesn’t feel like answering, he will tell you he doesn’t speak english: super rude. But then you find him having never ending conversations with some other tourist. And the younger brother, he’s picking up the tourists and managing the kitchen. The first day I was there, he managed to flirt with me and then came up to my room and pushed for s-e-x *** Solo ladies traveling BEWARE***: this is the main reason of my rating. BUILDING: If I would rate the building itself, the look and the facilities inside, I would rate 5/5. But spending time somewhere is more then that. So there is no way I will give my experience 5 stars. SURRONDINGS: Also, if you plan on relaxing outside, there is no backyard or nothing, no grass there, only dirt that get really hot during the day, so your only option is the balcony. LOCATION: It’s so far from the road they need to come to pick you up if you don’t have a car. The house is also at the end of Valbona, limit to another village, so far from all the other guesthouses in the area. POSSIBILITY TO VISIT AROUND: I was there two days and asked many times to go visit the old mill of Valbona or go to the center for a short hike to a lake, but except making me promises to go later and later and later: it never happened. Those people don’t even bother to help you plan a short taxi to town. I felt like a prisoner stuck in that place and waiting to leave for two days: it was awful and I go into big arguments with them for that: they didn’t care AT ALL. FOOD: Finally but not the least, let’s talk about the food. No menu, no prices showed anywhere and the worst food I had in my entire trip, and I was in Albania for 17 days. Not only that is was bad, the price was super high. If you don’t have a car, it’s your on’y option to eat.
Hotel "Gjoka" is located in the middle of the mountains. The fresh air, the river view, the greenery in all the surrounding and the traditional Albanian food are some key features that our hotel, bar and restaurant offers for you all.

Gjallica Hotel - Experience a high level of comfort right in the middle of Kukes city. In our hotel your will find friendly staff, good service, amazing rooms, also you can travel around the Fierza lake with our ship.
This is a pleasant enough place to stay. Private car park, very pleasant helpful staff. We opted to eat elsewhere, not being enthused by the menu. Breakfast was not great - a previous party had emptied much of the table; cold fried eggs; some tasty but cold “fli”, awful coffee. Rooms nothing special. Very reasonable prices
