We offer elegant light-colored and clean accommodation with air-condition, free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with cable channels. There are different types of rooms and apartments at NOVUMHOUSE. and all of them have private bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some of our apartments have kitchenette with minibar, refrigerator, electric kettle, kitchenware, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a shared full-equipped kitchen where all Guests can prepare their meals. In spite of our Reception Desk is open from 9 till 17, we are 24h on the phone and always ready to help our Guests. What is more, there is a Tourist Information Centre in NOVUMHOUSE, where you can get all necessary information about Krakow, book a tour, rent a bike or book luxury airport shuttle. Novum House is located in heart of Krakow and it is very easy to get everywhere. It's just a short walk to the square where we went every night for dinner , there are plenty of restaurants serving various meals , the room itself was clean and well kept

A lovely apart-hotel opened in 2018, located in the very heart of Krakow in the 4* standard. We have 28 comfortable and fully furnished rooms. Each of them has a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, high speed internet access, free tea / coffee making facilities. We are located 10 minutes by walk from the attractions of the Old Town, the main railway stations, the very popular, large shopping mall Galeria Krakowska and the Opera House.

Reviewed By Wayne DHad a weekend break, very nice accommodation, beds comfy and the room was really spacious, bathroom facilities were of a high quality. Breakfast had loads of variety and was more than adequate. Overall a good stay and I would definitely recommend this establishment. 10 minutes walk into the old town, passing a massive shopping centre on the way so couldn’t have been better located.

Issue with the accommodation

After leaving Ukraine with children in reason of war, I would like to provide a positive moments for them I didn’t want to pay attention for some problems in room (no soap, no cans opener for water and the hole in the door) After 3 days We left hotel. And 2 things. My little son remembered about medallion which he left in the room. And in this moment I received the message from hotel that they have the claim against of me about damage. 3 days staff saw this damage. And they couldn’t have seen it before my arrival. I returned in hotel and offered to call in the police and hotel’s manager. They refused Medallion failed to return. And situation is really unpleasant ((((. That’s a serious lesson for future for me. if you have a problem with room, inform a manager. So, I’m waiting for decision from bookings manager and a hotel manager. Hope for solving this really unpleasant issue

Reviewed By MrsSumaridgeWithin easy reach of everywhere and anything, this is a quite wonderful place to stay. The Boudoir Suite is beautifully appointed with a little balcony. While it's very, very romantic for couples, it would be a cosy home from home travelling alone. The apartments are accessed by a steep but steady staircase and this apartment is on two levels. I'm on a walking stick and it was no problem at all. I really couldn't recommend it enough!

Nice room, accomodation could be better
Reviewed By nicolajaynecarrStayed here in March for 2 nights. Upon arriving we were very pleased with the room, modern and airy with a nice bathroom, plus a large fridge and sink in the main room. Location was OK, approximately 25 minutes walk to the main square, but uber was so cheap we used that after our initial walk. We only had breakfast once, the breakfast room had a "hostel" feel to it and there was hardly any variety so it was disappointing. When we returned to the room on our first evening we were unable to get into our room due to a complicated double locking system on the door, a few guests from other rooms tried to assist and were also unable to get in. As there was nobody on reception we had no choice but to call the out of hours number, he turned up to let us in but was very abrupt with us even though we explained other guests had also tried to help but none of us could get in. Although the room was lovely we probably wouldn't stay here again.

Great for a city break
Reviewed By 964dianneaJust got back from Krakow and the Jordon Guest Rooms. It's in a great position for the market square and lots of amenities close by. The rooms themselves are very basic, if a little dated, but very clean and very comfortable and the shower was great, just what you need after a day of sight seeing. The staff are really helpful and the continental breakfast is good. We booked with Jet2 and I'd have to agree that the 2 star they give it is fair. The only other thing was that they do not have are drink making facilities in the room, but you can buy from the cafe within the hotel at a reasonable price. I would recommend the hotel if you are staying for a few days

Reviewed By Joe FA very quaint property. The location was fantastic. Right on the main square. A lovely restaurant right next door as well. Highly recommend if you want to be in the old town of Krakow. It was a walk-up apartment, but it really was not bad at all. The staff were always very helpful.
