Rochester Riverside Travelodge is our fantastic new build set in the heart of historic Rochester. With the cathedral and train station just minutes away it's a perfect stay for both business and pleasure. Rochester high street is popular for its annual Dickens festival in celebration of Charles Dickens, with tours and events around all year. We have stunning views of the cathedral and riverside, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to really make your stay fit all needs.
good location and good rooms. But I will advice you rethink the breakfast buffet. It was no value for money. Waited 30 minutes for them to bring out scramble egg and bake brand. Poor exoeriences. I wasted time and I was not the only one. It's was not a buffet, seems they were stingy with food.

The Churchill Guest House nestles at the foot of Dover Castle and is ideally situated for the Town Centre, Eastern Docks, Cruise Ships Terminal, Channel Tunnel and the famous White Cliffs of Dover.

Recently refurbished and close to the centre of Broadstairs, Kent, The Bay Tree is ideally located for a weekend break or holiday in one of England's most beautiful and traditional seaside resorts. Situated in a dramatic location on the cliff top, there are stunning views of the coastline and sandy beaches in Stone Bay. There is a terrace for looking out over the bay while enjoying a relaxing drink from our licensed bar, an inviting lounge with an open fire and a restaurant featuring gourmet cuisine with locally-sourced ingredients. All bedrooms are en suite and have flat screen smart TVs and tea-making facilities. Many offer a sea view and one room has a balcony. Breakfasts are cooked to order using local produce.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and super soft towels. Breakfast was excellent, as was the tarragon chicken which one of our party had at supper and adored. Drinks before supper were in the sitting room with its fabulous sea view. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. It is also unique due to the collection of Harry Potter memorabilia hanging in the hallway. The Bedlington terriers are also a joy!

Yorke Lodge Bed and Breakfast is a family run B&B located only 10 minutes stroll to the City Centre & Cathedral. Built in 1887 the house still retains many of its original features today. Now with 9 en suite bedrooms this is a quintessential Victorian Villa. Facilities include a beautiful light filled conservatory for breakfast, comfortable guests' lounge and sun terrace. All bedrooms are recently refurbished & offer a comfortable ‘home from home’ feel but with all the modern day extras you would expect to see in a hotel. The B&B is dog friendly, has a lovely garden and is a peaceful oasis if you'd prefer not to be right in the city centre. Vicky O’Shea has owned and run Yorke Lodge for over 18 years and loves welcoming guests every day. You can be assured of a warm welcome, local knowledge and friendly, personal service throughout your stay.
Vicky is a wonderful host in her lovely property. The location has on site parking and is still an easy walk to the centre of Canterbury. The breakfast room was light and airy with great service and good food. Our room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. It was a delight to stay at Yorke Lodge.

Westbrook Lodge is a beautiful guest house, having accommodation for 28 guests. Our bedrooms are well-furnished and complete with tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and towels. We have a first class dinning room (with food to match!), a cosy, well-stocked nonalcoholic bar with surprisingly reasonable prices, a small library and free WI-FI internet. Hot snacks and drinks can be provided in the late evening if required and also a very tasty breakfast in the morning.
Five of us stayed for a night in three of the rooms with shared bathrooms, for a mini-reunion and to see Sister Sledge at Dreamland. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decorated so creatively, and the shared bathrooms were spotless. Tracey and Colin were friendly and chatty and couldn't have done more for us during our stay. I particularly appreciated the additional provisions made for my 'health' issue, I would have really struggled otherwise. Breakfast tasted great and was booked in advance. Parking is plentiful and free. The location is central - we walked to and from the town centre multiple times and the sea is even closer! We had a lovely time here and next time I'm in Margate I look forward to returning.

Small group on a cycle tour of Kent vineyards. 1 night stopover eating at RockSalt. Convenient location and very pretty terrace and gardens to rear. Smart and practical (for dirty cyclists and their bikes!) and very comfortable. HUGE cooked breakfast. Super host: welcoming, helpful in arranging pre visit bag drops and lovely - thank you.

Arrived to check on and stood for almost two minutes waiting for the receptionist to stop texting. Despite a couple of forced coughs I was still ignored until the security guard kicked the reception desk to make her pay attention! Great customer service ??♂️

These Fisherman's Huts have been tastefully converted to provide a variety of overnight accommodation, most with sea views, in a very central location
We stayed here for a couple of nights mid-week in February. Beforehand we were concerned it might be cold but the Anderson Shed in which we stayed had an excellent central heating system. It was also well furnished with comfortable beds, massive shower, and full kitchen facilities. I particularly liked the parking space immediately next door (which must be worth its weight in gold in the summer) and the view from the upstairs bay window. Often accommodation and hotels don’t live up to their website hype but in this case the opposite is true. The website could do more to promote how good the place was and do more to explain how fully kitted out the kitchen was. But remember it’s self catering so don’t forget the hairdryer!
