Reviewed By Martin EWe stayed three nights at Toldi's it was very nice. The room was very cosy but clean and nice furnished. The shared kitchen was also clean and very well equipped. The pension is a little bit outside of the "centrum/lake" but you can reach it within a 10 minute walk. We didn't use the hot tube and the sauna, since we spent our time at the lake-spa. So I can't say much about that. The owners a very friendly and the price is very fair.

Reviewed By Curiosity696710We arrived after a 24 hour traveling day and was treated with a glass of champagne! Great start! Such an easy drive to Hévíz in the transfer taxi but for a two hour trip worth it. Probably would hire a car if we came back to go to surrounding districts. Happy to walk everywhere this time in the warm sun. We came across a market day on Thursday and the local shops and swim at the Lake were enough to keep us busy for a week. The apartment was clean and a good size, being quiet and peaceful at night. It has a warm spa pool in the complex and we booked an hour long massage each which was superb. Everything seemed to be on hand and walking distance to town. Great holiday place! Go to the ABC market up the hill for fresh chicken meat or mince otherwise you’ll be stuck buying salami type goods down the hill at the co-op (only go for a look); it has a mini mall attached. Not great English spoken in town but enough to get us food and shop. We did sit waiting for service at a large ‘pub’ and felt ignored but a local gave the waiter a nod about us sitting there and finally attended us. Good meals eating out. Would visit again.

Amazing place to stay!!
Reviewed By bognas2022One of the absolute best places I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly, the prices were accessible, the building is new and everything is very clean. I was impressed how well thought-through the accommodation was: there was a drying rack in every room to dry towels and swimsuits after going to the thermal lake, the kitchen was very well equipped, and they even took care of details such as sharp knives in the kitchen. The rooms are quiet, clean and very aesthetic. The breakfast is plenty and of very good quality, including bread rolls, croissants, jam, ham, cream cheese, coffee pods for the coffee machine, and even more. There is a wellness room we did not use but it looked very clean and spacious. The accommodation isn't too far from the thermal lake, it's a 15 minute walk. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Mid price and mid quality
Reviewed By Thomas FFirst of all: You get a good stay for little money. The breakfast buffet is very good for hungary. The hotel has parking lots in the patio, which is locked during the night. The hotel staff is very very friendly and the style of the house is really like a mediterranian Villa. The hotel is situated in a very quiet corner of heviz - but the thermal lake, the main attraction of heviz, can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. The "not so good" facts about this hotel: There is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. The rooms have no air condition and especially the rooms under the roof get very hot during the summer. The carpets in the rooms are not very new and got bleached by the sun particulary, which doesn't look very nice. Also the bathrooms would need some renewal - our shower cabin was a little bit rusty at the bottom of the doors and the toilet had a big crack. But (!): For this price segment, the quality surely is ok!

Reviewed By irinab26Отличное местоположение виллы - до озера 1 км и 15 минут неспешным шагом, рядом обменник и продовольственный магазин. Мы с подругой снимали 2 номера, в одном была мини-кухня, второй обычный. Завтраки вполне приличные - омлет, хлопья, молоко, йогурт, нарезка сырная и мясная, овощи, чай, кофе. На втором этаже общая терраса, где есть сушилки для мокрых купальников и полотенец, есть столики с креслами - можно попить чаю на свежем воздухе. На первом этаже имеется бассейн и сауна, но мы не ходили, хотя народ активно пользовался. Были небольшие недочеты - в одном номере не было фена, во втором в душевой кабине не было полочки, чтобы поставить шампунь, мало было прищепок на сушилках. Но в целом все очень хорошо - организовали нам трансфер из Вены, персонал очень приветливый. Дали купоны на дополнительные часы на озере. Скорее всего, в третий раз тоже остановимся здесь.

Lovely refurbished villa within walking distance to Lake Heviz and Egregyi Hill wine district run by owners Andy & Zsofi. Tastefully furnished spacious rooms with ensuites and apartment accommodation with each room having balcony access. Great selection of affordable restaurants within a couple minutes walk with a lunch and dinner ordering service available at the Villa. Plenty of off-street parking available and a transfer service from Keszthely or Budapest airport can be booked.

They accommodate us with baby bad and bath tub as well .Well looked after and very professional as usual. Highly recommend to everyone who would like to enjoy every minute of the holiday .

Reviewed By Юрий ВStayed there for only one night, just came by to see the city and its lake. Apartments are in the center of the city near main entrance to the lake. Big enough for 4 people with comfy kitchen. It's not perfect, but for the price of 80 euros it's a good solution for a low budget trip for long time. Furniture is a bit outdated , but rooms are big and app. had its own balcony to central city street. Don't expect too much from this appartment, but it's very OK to stay.

Кухня общая на 3 номера, гостиная с роялем, все стены в картинах, старинная мебель, ковры.Фен, утюг, холодильник, микроволновка, тостер, кофеварка, чайник, газовая плита, посуда--всё предоставляется. Нудлы для плавания, скидочный талон от хозяев. Во дворе магазинчик с товарами первой необходимости. Постельное бельё и полотенца меняли раз в 10 дней, мусор выносили ежедневно, никаких клопов, тараканов, муравьёв. Но. Не было вентилятора или кондиционера. Если заселён весь этаж, то холодильник маловат для больших закупок, это надо учитывать. Так же нужно самим обеспечивать себя солью-сахаром, моющими средствами, потому что это апартаменты, а не 5-звёздочный отель. В целом я очень довольна! Большое спасибо хозяевам за гостеприимство, бюджетное проживание,отзывчивость и аккуратность в содержании помещений! Три недели пролетели без проблем! Только погода подвела в этом мае ((

Reviewed By Anna LThe apartment is really nice, good value for money, though the price is rather cheap but you get here everything you need-good breakfast, cozy rooms with kitchen, nice location (very close to the Wine yard and restaurants), very good territory with a lot of space to do some sport (there is a tennis court, outdoor pool, and an indoor pool as well), staff is very helpful, all my enquires have been fully fulfilled, nothing to complain about

Reviewed By Sergiy_BabenkovNice quite and clean place to stay. Rooms are clean. Three people could stay in the room. Breakfast is simple. Good place to stay with children because of inside pool and small play yard. The car is definitely needed to reach Heviz lake because it is far enough.
