Reviewed By AlaskaUniteEven though it is unassuming on the outside, the Hote l'Hirondelle is the best place around, The staff are friendly, funny and you get the feeling that they really do like to work there. The rooms are clean and spacious with some featuring kitchenette's and all featuring great wifi connectivity. It's also conveniently located with several service stations only a few hundred feet away and a couple of decent restaurants right across the street.

Reviewed By BobztravelerThis is my third stay at Akewa hotel, I like it, I like its set up, but I guess it is time to renovate the furniture in the rooms. The staff are amazing and the breakfast they serve is good, the free shuttle from/to airport is a very good service as well.

Reviewed By Dbouncy1Arrived around midnight after a 35 hour marathon trip from the Far East. My room was clean and cool (A/C had been left on) and there was a welcome pack waiting - 1.5L ice cold water, a frosty can of coke and and excellent club sandwich sealed up in a take-away foil tray. Very modern and chic pool area and bar/restaurant with an Ibiza beach bar vibe in the evening. Food is simple but very well presented with good portion size - not too much. Mood lighting in the pool area makes for a very chilled atmosphere to relax at the end of the working day. Thoroughly recommended!

La vue depuis la terrasse y est magnifique. Ideal pour un sejour entre amoureux. On y mange tres bien. J ai beaucoup aimé, franchement.

Reviewed By RFOA10Clean rooms, good food, excellent service. Manager even got up at 4 am to take us in Hotel bus to Major Transport station for early bus to Libreville (no charge). This Hotel is clean without bugs in the rooms. The staff is very helpful. Restaurant is excellent with fair meal pricing. This hotel is the best value I have encountered in Gabon with room pricing starting at 20,500 CFA (~$31USD)

C'est juste parfait, la literie est fantastique, les douches magiques, le look des chambres, bref rien à redire. Et le petit dèj est copieux et très bon !

A Perfect Stay
Reviewed By DanielnelsonofficialI arrived in Wap'j sick and tired after being food poisoned (try to avoid burgers in Gabon). But this must have been the best place possible to recover. The rooms are very comfortable. The beds are particularly pleasant as there big and snug. There is working airconditioning, television and a small fridge. A screen on the window keeps out all mosquitos. Then there's the Wifi. It is the strongest wifi I have witnessed in a medium-budget hotel in this part of the world. I could watch Netflix, do emails, Youtube, everything. This was a big surprise. The staff is also very friendly. The owner is French and speaks some English. They got bread for me to eat when I lay in bed sick. Most staff only speaks French, but they usually understand what it is you want through gestures and signs. This hotel does not serve dinner. That is the only downside. Overall I highly recommend Wap'j if you're looking for medium-budget hotel to stay in while you're in Libreville.

Reviewed By さおり 鈴日帰りで利用した。 ランチは１２時からアラカルトで利用。 どれもとても美味しかった。 特に肉料理はボリュームがあった。 評価－１は、ワインを何度注文しても持って来てくれなかった点。 しかもやっと持ってきたのは注文と違うワインであった。 屋外シャワールームは水圧が低いながらも使用可能なのは素晴らしい。
