Reviewed By ArmandoContrerasSanta Maria del Oro is a magestic spot for a relaxing getaway and Yemaya Advenure Club is the icing on the cake. Its a small boutique resort with a wonderful view and an excellent, very attentive staff! For a true treat, try this resort on your next visit. They also have a boat for rent that offers a scenic tour of the area that I can recommend highly.

Llevamos años hospedandonos con ellos y simpre nos han tratado de maravilla y también a mi perrita.

Reviewed By Yves DThis could be a 5 star hotel. It isn’t. And it won’t be until it’s owner spends a little money to make it better. In the restaurant business, they say that to have a successful restaurant, you need the 3 L. Location, Location, Location. This hotel has it all. It is directly in front of the cathedral and therefore the view is magnificent. It is literally less than 1 minute away from the Zocalo (Centro historico) and therefore from shops, weekend shows and restaurants. BUT: all maintenance has been sloppy. No attention to detail. For example, the room was repainted. But the painters did not bother to remove the fixtures and therefore there is paint on everything. They added a line to the wall surrounding the bathroom door. But they didn’t bother to tape in order to make the line straight. They repaired the floor and didn’t repaint the repairs. Of course, it’s location on a street which is a pedestrian area could make it noisy. But the architect prepared for this. In front of the balcony door, in the room, there are wooden doors that you can close and therefore eliminate both the noise and the view. But what are you going to look at while you sleep. I’m not saying that the hotel is dirty. It is not. It is very clean. It is only very unfortunate that the owner doesn’t think long term. The staff is very nice and helpful. I haven’t seen the other rooms but 207, which we rented, is a recommendation for a room that is extremely cheap and well situated. The Monja, next door, goes for 1,550 for two persons per night which is the price for 4 nights at the plaza cathedral.

Reviewed By Selene MEs un hotel ubicado en zona céntrica por lo que puedes caminar tranquilamente unos pasos y te encuentras la avenida Constitución donde encontraras mucho sitios que visitar y actividades recreativas, así como restaurantes y bares. Las habitaciones del hotel están cómodas y el trato es muy amable por parte del personal.

I was scammed out of my money and reservation.
Reviewed By ElCastorNetworkTVI was scammed at this hotel: Grand Hotel Elizabeth there is no hotel. Doors are locked. I had to make another reservation at Hampton Inn by Hilton. I lost 1200 pesos 68 Canadian. When I call them they immediately hang up. I am very upset and disappointed. This never happened to me before Mexico.
