Charming, comfortable, convenient hotel
Reviewed By Cynthia CPosada Primavera is artfully decorated and located in a central location, easy walking distance to main square and great shops and restaurants. My first room was lovely but situated too close to the office on the main floor so was noisy. Staff graciously changed me to a different room on the second floor (equally lovely) as soon as I requested it. The hotel offers complimentary toiletries & bottled water, the shower was hot with good pressure, and WiFi was reliable. The bed was large and comfortable and extra cozy blankets were provided, needed on chilly nights in this city. My room had a window, a full length mirror (unlike some reviewers complaints of no mirror), and the rooster some have complained about was not present! There are lovely gardens and common areas on all three floors. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When my shuttle was late on morning of departure, the manager called them without my asking to make sure they were on the way to pick me up. I'll stay here again on my next visit to San Cristobal.

Reviewed By Sequ'nun SGreat hostel. However, breakfast is horrible. I suggest booking a room without breakfast. Otherwise, you would pay for nothing. Rooms near the street is quite noisy. Overall, I liked the ambience of the hotel.

Reviewed By Geoff BWe enjoyed everything about Hostel Mirador. Three of us - me, wife, 14-year old son. Just a real comfortable, laid back atmosphere. Has a nice mix of young, backpacker types and older, family-types like us. Basically, a great hostel feel without crazy millennials partying until late at night :) And, as a family, we appreciated the option of staying in our own room with a private bath and let the youngsters sleep in the dorm accommodations! Good breakfasts. Friendly owner Jose Luis. Pleasant courtyard to relax in and have a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of interesting people. Two thumbs up.

In this place, you get the experience of a fancy boutique hotel at great value. The location is very decent as you will be 2 blocks away from the town square. Cost / benefit relation is the best. Totally worth it and totally recommended. Best choice for couples. Notice that there are no kids allowed, so only a great choice for couples, not kids.

Really nice hostel
Reviewed By KolmpauliVery nice hostel with a beautiful garden. Staff is friendly and helpful. Got pool and ping-pong table, TV for the movie nights and a fireplace for a little colder San Cris nights . Kitchen conditions good. Can be a bit of noisy at the street side of dorm, but earplugs work for me at night. Other than that, 200% worth of staying and deserves 5+ stars!

All rooms have air conditioning , ceiling fan , satellite TV, hair dryer , king size bed , hot and cold water, two suites with private jacuzzi . We offer a cold breakfast with lots of fruit, fresh coffee at an extra charge. The tropical garden located on the edge of the forest overlooking the mountains , you can see the scarlet macaws , parrots , parakeets , toucans and other tropical birds and the famous howler monkeys. The sun deck has an outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people, a real treat!

Reviewed By MartinS1129Large, spacious, comfortable, king size bed with your own garage to park below your room - Especially good when you're driving long distance and are constantly transporting stuff from your car to your room and back. We only stayed 1 night but Carlos gave us great advice on where to eat that night, made us very welcome and made us a very nice breakfast in the morning served in the garden. The only comment I'd make is that there was no protein for breakfast save some yogurt. Carlos, may I suggest you can make good scrambled eggs very easily in the microwave in your kitchen, without having to employ a chef and with minimal mess and fuss. That would fill the slight hole left by not having that protein fix. All round though, a lovely stay and we'd highly recommend it to others.

Las habitaciones han sido remodeladas, el desayuno bufé muy bueno y se encuentra incluido en la tarifa de hospedaje lo cual hace su precio muy favorable en comparación a otros hoteles de la misma categoría, en cuanto a su localización muy conveniente a pocos pasos del parque central, la atención de su administradora muy buena.
