ISTY has feel of a hostel. I stayed about 10 days. Most of the staff speak basic English. They sometimes did not understand at all, particularly one girl/receptionist. F. e. I told her to keep the breakfast for me if I am not there until 10. They were preparing vegan breakfast for me. Only 1 option for all 10 days. She said she would arrange it.The of my departure I came at 10.30 and the breakfast was not there… The swimming pool was quite good but located by the road so it was noisy sometimes, even trucks were passing by, very often motorbike. I was going to stay for about a months due to my flight cancellation at the time of the lockdowns. We agreed on a certain price for my long term stay. After 10 days they said (one male receptionist) that the price is higher, that it was only “promotion” at the beginning. I was really surprised to hear that. I found another hotel and left. I had constant issues with cleanliness. After cleaning, I always found a few things (fridge from outside,…) that had not been cleaned. even if I asked them to do the rest, they came and cleaned half of what I requested. The old cleaning lady seemed to be annoyed. The carpet that was on the floor on the corridor was awful, old, and full of big stains. Plus they never hoover it while I was there. I had to ask the receptionist if the could tell the cleaners to clean the lift. It was unbearably dirty, look like had not been clean weeks, which probably was not. I even could not see myself in the mirror properly. The cleaners cleaned it just a bit after my request.. The room was small so was the bathroom. The most efficient, friendly but still very professional, with very good English, was a receptionist Praew. She definitely deserves to be the front receptionist. Actually, I was surprised to see such a capable receptionist in such a hostel.

We stayed here for 5 nights in February 2020 and had a nice stay. The staff are very nice and the rooms are good. Showers are great: good pressure with hot water. The rooms are spacious. There’s a fridge in your room with 2 waters provider daily along with daily room cleaning. Rooms have great A/C. The mattresses are pretty firm. Also, they provide free breakfast each morning. Overall, great experience close to our favorite part of Old Town (the northeast quadrant)!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I'm vaccinated 3 times and showed certifications, completed Sandbox but they say they can refuse people if they don't provide certification. This is not fair so I asked to pay at check out as I guaranteed payment with my debit card on Booking.com, but the staff said I have to pay in advance regardless. Booking.com took my side but they even refused to find a solution with them. They don't respect booking.com policy and do whatever they like. The website should ban this hotel. Because I discussed about this the manager let me wait for 2h, while staff was laughing at me and getting eaten by huge mosquitos, invited me to his office and refused me without letting me speak, shouted at me for about 10min non stop while I kept my cool. Probably couldn't do it in the hotel hall, that's why he wanted to speak in his office instead with doors closed. I felt unsafe that he could attack me without having anybody as witness. So I've been without options with no notice and wasted 1 day of my holidays. Also people don't wear mask there and it's SHA?? Probably because of corruption. They can't even speak English. Horrible experience and I was regular customer for 4 years but now they changed the whole staff. I regret big time that I gave them my money every year. They should refund me for the inconvenience. They deserve to close down! Scammers left me alone in Thailand with no accommodation! Criminals and very racist! Worst hotel experience ever. Luckily I found a much better hotel with only 5 euros extra in a better position without booking in advance. For security reasons I don't write the name of this hotel but trust me they do not deserve 1cent. Notice also the weird automated answer they gave to this review by thanking me for the good feedback and wishing to see me again. Even the automated message has grammar mistakes ??? creeps

This was a lovely upscale little property--well-designed huts, garden, pool, open-air main hall and a good view of the main mountain. Very, very quiet. The young girls on the staff were eager to help, if not always able, and Nun, the bartender, made the most incredible cocktails I've ever had in my life. He serves half-a-dozen standard drinks (screwdriver, mojito, etc.) but the ingredients and mixing were really exquisite. My only complaints were with the location, which was close to the town rather than the mountain and entailed renting a bike (roads not biker friendly) or a songthaew (uncomfortable negotiations with drivers) to get out to the main attractions. Also, I wish there had been a masseuse on hand or on call. And the food really needs improvement! The breakfast was poor and the half-dozen dinner dishes only fair. A good chef and a masseuse would really elevate a place that already has a lot of potential.

Comfy boutique hotel located in the heart of Chiangmai "historical wat kate" area near Ping river with famous restaurants like the good view and riverside and famous cafe like Woo and Vieng Joom On within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We are pet friendly, we welcome all kinds of pets with no limit in number or size. In the property, there's a pet friendly restaurant and pool where you and your pets can enjoy as well.
Hd a quick drink at the pet cafe, coffee and a soda. Coffee was nice and reasonable price for a nice cafe. Went into the pet zone and had cuddles with the adorable dogs and kitty in there. After being inside the cafe I so wish we had chosen this hotel as looks great. A must for any pet lover and we are one of them!

Second time in Chiang Mai for us. Chose here as its close to night life. Room is very basic but clean and well decorated. Best thing about this place is the German restaurant right outside the door. Great food day and night and 25% discount for hotel guests. Would book here again no prob.

Room # 201 - 1 x Night via Agoda Worst hotel I have stayed in, in Thailand. This is the more quality of the two Airport B2's - hate to see the other one!! Bery NOISY - from customers inside hotel and cars and motorbikes outside. Never hears one Airoplanes. Bathroom was disgusting, shower and sink did not drain away fast. Sewer smells wafting into bedrooms all night long. NEVER stay here again
