Reviewed By clayman739Stayed here one night in two rooms with family when our train to Ho Chi Mihn broke down. We searched for a decent looking hotel nearby the train station we were stuck at and found this place. On arrival the place fit our needs perfectly. It is affordable, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice - the rooms looked to be recently renovated. We were close enough to some main streets to walk and get a bite to eat as well. The hotel has an elevator and reliable wifi. This was all we needed for the night we stayed and I can say it was quite enjoyable overall. Nice staff and a good hotel for the price. Can recommend.

Reviewed By lanhuongbmtGia đình có dịp nghỉ lại khách sạn dịp cuối tuần. Nhưng để quên đồ tại khách sạn. Sau đó có gọi lại cho ks nhờ nhân viên hỗ trợ gởi món đồ quên về HCM. Nhân viên đã đồng ý . Gđ rất vui. Nhưng chờ đến hơn 1 tháng không thấy. Mình có gọi lại bạn trực khách sạn, bạn bảo . Em không biết gởi chưa vì em nhờ một anh đi gởi xong sau đó bạn kiểm tra và cười bảo chưa gởi c ơi. Một thái độ hững hờ khó chấp nhận. Mình bảo e ơi e chỉ cần nhờ bên phát chuyển nhanh tới nhận và chuyển đi thì được thôi chi phí c chịu hết.Em không có rảnh e còn không có thời gian để ăn .... bla bla. Mình bảo c chưa thấy ks nào mà có thái độ như vậy?? Do e làm biếng thôi.. hả chị nói em làm biếng thì c tự đi mà lấy... ôi và cúp máy Sau đó mình gọi lại xin số đt của quản lý, bạn bảo quản lý đi nước ngoài rồi. À cho c xin số dt quản lý để nhờ hỗ trợ chuyển??!!!! Cúp máy Một thái độ khó chập nhận cho một khách sạn cũng đầu tư quy mô tại Thủ Dầu Một.

Aweful hotel - unfriendly and rude
Reviewed By quantumozArrived to be told that they would not honour the prebooking and wanted to charge 50%more for the room as everywhere else in Binh Duong was booked out! Very rude and very unhelpful! The room was unclean and dingy - really not a good place to stay!
