A bit disappointing
Reviewed By Sophie KThe room was very spacious and clean but a bit dark. It was serviced late in the day, around 5pm. The restaurant has a great view but the food was very disappointing in the evning. The white wine was served warm. The wifi did not work for 2 days. The staff was polite and helpful, with a good level of English from a few employees.

Reviewed By Ian MFound this hotel through Internet and turned up quite late at night. He staff were excellent and attentive. Secured a fabulous dinner given the time. The room was a good standard for the price. Hotel was clean and fresh. Views and breakfast in the morning are hard to beat.

Reviewed By Melis AThe hotel is located on a rock on the hills so it has a magnificent view. The area is very quiet so it is 100% sure that you will feel relaxed and calm. The one thing I really didn't like is the decoration of the room. It was quite awkward, not stylish at all and the colours were almost disturbing. But when you are in a holiday you don't spend so much time in the room so it was somehow OK. When compared to other hotels in the area price is not bad. One other great thing is the breakfast!

Reviewed By ekinthetekinWe stayed at the hotel thinking that it is as it serms in the pictures yet the pictures especially the room photo is photoshoped or taken at the best light of the day. In reality the rooms are dull. As they are using energy saver lamp bulbs the rooms become duller. The cleaing is abig problem. Housekeeping comes and vacuums and changes the towels but they do not make the bed or change the sheets everyday. (There is no environmental protection paper saying that put it on your bed if you want it to be changed) On the other hand the window insulation is too old. The rooms need renovation for sure from window to furniture The bathroom has a sigb saying that di not open this window as it distrubs the natural venatilation. There is no natural ventilation so the bathroom smells sewer all the time. Keeping the door closed is a simple but not enough solution. The gourgeous view is only from the restaurant yet it is also a problem. Thereis inly one cook and a waiter, who is also the front desk and the bellboy The breakfast was good The bed was comfortable These last two things are the only good things I can say

The breakfast was not boring and the food was tasty We had one dinner at the restaurant of the hotel the food was good the prices were a bit expensive The sea was windy, cool but heavenly clean and healing The staff were attentive. Just one point, during our stay they had family guests, meaning children noise everywhere, that was unexpected for us, but this can happen everywhere

Reviewed By esennyLoved everything about this hotel! New owner updated everything in the hotel this year and very cozy. The staff were very friendly and always helpful! The breakfast offered a huge variety of foods also delicious dinners were served. Also location was great. We would highly recommend staying there if visiting Assos!
