Keg and Comfort is a traditional Micropub. We have no tv, no background music or gaming machines. We do have good quality real ales, ciders and fruit wines. We change our beers weekly so customers can get a wide variety of choices and often take requests where we can. We aim to be a friendly, comfortable place for both locals and others to spend an enjoyable few hours.

Grab a bag of haddock'n'chips from the Fish Bar opposite and sit in the beer garden drinking some great ales ... this is how British beer should taste! Great bar staff and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Excellent visit to The Cleve, as always. Food great value for money, friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Social distancing measures in place, track and trace system in operation. A safe place to eat and drink. Well worth a visit.....but don't leave without trying their Nachos!
