Lush and luxuriant, the exotic tropical island nation of St. Kitts and Nevis is a romantic paradise. St. Kitts' wonderful beaches remain relatively crowd-free, and nature lovers delight in seeing lava formations, tropical forest and lagoons and underwater marvels while snorkeling or diving. Among more than 200 historical sites, former plantation homes now offer elegant accommodation. Eco-rambles, bio-tours and climbing are Nevis attractions. Rent cars or mopeds on-island and catch ferries between the two.

Shipwreck and the other bars on this beach were evicted as of February 28th, 2018 to make way for the Ritz Carlton hotel development. SO DISAPPOINTING as this was our favourite hangout on the island 3 years in a row, and for so many others who come year after year to visit this rustic "Robinson Crusoe" beach bar. A popular spot for locals, visitors and part-time residents alike. Food and Drinks awesome, and the daily feeding of the monkeys a big attraction, also the live band on Sundays. Apparently this bar will be relocated but it will never have the same appeal and ambiance as this amazing beach location. A shame to see big hotels taking over the beaches which are supposed to be available to the public.

Mongoose Beach Bar offers a peaceful alternative to the island's other busy beach bars. Enjoy Mongoose's signature drinks while sun bathing or playing beach volleyball. Mongoose will quickly become your friend and you'll lose track of time, getting lost in spirited conversations. You will see wild mongoose and monkeys on land and beautiful fish and reef formations in the warm Caribbean waters.

We have visited Discovery Beach Bar the last two times we have been to St. Kitts. This will always be our go-to place! Wonderful views with beautiful water. Morsi makes great drinks and amazing food. This is a quiet, unassuming place with a chill vibe. The chairs and umbrellas are in very good shape, real bathrooms and great prices. There is also a dart board and beach volleyball if you don't want to just lay in a chair. The taxi drivers don't tend to know the place but you can tell them it is between Carambola and Shipwreck. They turn on the same road for Shipwreck and at the fork go right. It is at the end of the road.

Perfect location. Center of the Port Zanti shopping area. While your significant other shops you can enjoy the liquid libations of the island and order a snack also. I've been here a half dozen times. Yes I recommend.
