First and one of a kind mono-brand bar in Russia with largest collection of Polugar and Polugar based fruit and berry infusions starting with every letter of the alphabet. Before vodka was Polugar. While we think we know the history, in fact the ancient, pot-distilled traditions were outlawed in 1895 in favor of commercial vodka production. Polugar, this refined and noble spirit of the people, died out until Boris Rodionov, the notable historian of Russian vodka founded his distillery «Rodionov and Sons» in 2009. Following their father’s passion, his children Alexey and Ilya began the long, hard process, of reviving the true spirit of Russia. We are excited to play a role in the gastronomy of our country, and as part of this we have chosen to show you this in our bar. Now you have the opportunity to try the historical taste of drinks of the Russian nobility of the 18th and 19th century.
