The title reflects the current restrictions of covid and Yardbirds have excelled in trying to get live music back on .everyone welcoming and friendly and have been many times but not in strange times .On entry checked in via app then temperature taken and showed to a choice of tables all with screens between for our safety.Drinks ordered by text and all very good prices with many offers available. The solo gig with Jim Kirkpatrick (fm)promoting his solo album was a gem and even limited to just 50 people it sold out ..Well done to Yardbirds for giving us a chance to see live music

Visited on a very rainy day to have lunch. Had already looked at the menu on line and went for the small plates option. Each plate was around £5-6. We plumped for 2 each of the belly pork and chicken wings. Also ordered the skin on chips just to round the meal off. The small plates were served with really tasty side salads and slaws. The kimchi slaw was particularly nice and certainly had a kick. Meal was delicious and well presented. Service was friendly and very efficient. Price was good value for money, especially when you consider it’s the Bail area of Lincoln. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly visit again. For those of you who like things like this ..... ladies toilets very clean.....

Specialist bottle shop and weekend pop up bar in the heart of Cleethorpes. The only place in town to buy local ales, spirits and wines plus a great selection of world and craft beers. On a Saturday and Sunday the shop becomes a bar as well.
Travelled from Birmingham to come to message in a bottle and another shop. Fantastic place. Charlie and Ryan are cracking chaps. Great gins to take home for us and beers for presents. Atmosphere is great. Will be back in New year

A proper pub with no less than nine cask ales on all the time. Full credit to Anna and her team for keeping a fine cellar and offering great hospitality. The interior is festooned with a large collection of beer mats, local prints, ornaments and flying witches! The beer garden is a delight with potted plants and flowers, brewery memorabilia, amusing plaques and a very artistic mural of the brewing process.

We visited on a Sunday after a little drive. We saw the plough and thought we would take a look. We where pleasantly surprised as as you look at the pub the frontage it lets it down. Once you step inside it has a lovely feel and great decor. The staff and locals where very friendly, They have a nice beer garden and also a sports room showing football etc. We have a quick look at the menu and although we had a panini the choice and price for all of the food was brilliant. I had a small steak and onion panini which came with curly fries and side salad for £4, great value. As well as good food they had a great selection of local ales. This place is a great find and i would strongly recommend it if you visiting or travelling through.

Me and my partner have been here for dinner twice and equally enjoyed ourselves both times! You can not fault the service - the waitresses can’t do enough for you! The atmosphere is lovely the front of the shop catches the sun so you can sit out in the outside seating area and relax. The food is the most delicious authentic Italian food we’ve ate in a long time and so reasonabley priced! We had the black and blue burger and Luciano special pizza- stunning! I couldn’t recommend this place enough if seaside donuts and fish and chips arnt really your thing! We will definitely be back again before summers over!

One of the last upper high street original pubs remaining serving 5 ales, 3 lagers and 2 ciders plus Guinness and at least 2 boxed original ciders. With a large beer garden this recently renovated pub is a pleasant visit. It is children and dog friendly and traditional food is served 12-2.30 pm all week.
We enjoyed a few drinks in this cosy pub with an attractive exterior and a spacious beer garden with plenty of seating, nice container planting and a great spot to soak up the sun. Vegan friendly drinks are available, including chilled bottles of Brewdog Punk IPA, Guinness and two Broadoak bag-in-box ciders. Although clearly very busy the barman was friendly and welcoming which made for a good impression when we arrived.
