Lingering over pain au chocolat in a sidewalk café, relaxing after a day of strolling along the Seine and marveling at icons like the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe… the perfect Paris experience combines leisure and liveliness with enough time to savor both an exquisite meal and exhibits at the Louvre. Awaken your spirit at Notre Dame, bargain hunt at the Marché aux Puces de Montreuil or for goodies at the Marché Biologique Raspail, then cap it all off with a risqué show at the Moulin Rouge.

At the far end of our barbershop a door that leads to the bathroom. From this door no customer comes back immediately. Behind the door, a dark, one-and-a-half meter airlock, dimly lit, adds to the mystification. It only takes a few more steps to enter a long and narrow bar, lit by end of the day natural light, which decoration is inspired by the 1920s speakeasies. Indeed, our ambiance and 1920s furniture is inspired by the hidden bars created under the American prohibition decreed by the Volstead Act which banned the sale of alcohol from 1919 to 1933 in the United States:

Le Bar is without a doubt the place to be for Parisians to share intimate conversations around delicious cocktails and light fares. Surrounded by stunning woodworks creating the warmest atmosphere, your secrets will be well kept.
What a lovely experience! I was spending a couple of weeks in Paris during the Christmas season as I’d never been there at that time. A friend had told me that I MUST go to the bar at the Four Seasons for a cocktail. The copious floral displays were replaced by Christmas trees and mostly gold decorations. Not your average Christmas trees, mind you! Stunning, golden, glorious, magical! The bar is such a warm, elegant room. Beautifully subtle lighting. Dark woods. Kind of a burnt orange glow. I sat at the bar and was warmly welcomed by a lovely gentleman bartender who created the most beautiful cocktail I’ve ever had. All their signature cocktails have the best titles. Mine was “Waiting for a girl like you”-Grey Goose, Champagne, raspberries and strawberries, hibiscus syrup, elderflower foam. Sheer heaven in a glass! Yes, it’s VERY expensive but how often does one indulge in such fantasies? And it was my birthday, so I had a great reason to treat myself!

In continuation of our store at 75 Champs-Elysées, the Bar reveals its new secret which blurs the style of the house by claiming a new personality without betraying the spirit of "Ladurée". The Bar Ladurée serves at any time some classic cocktails as well as a variety of aperitifs and digestives. It offers also the chance to have lunch and dinner.
