"Hailed as the Southwest's most famous dirt track, Devil's Bowl Speedway is the premier venue for racing entertainment. A high banked half-mile with tacky black clay, the track is a unique D shape with the curve on the back straight fifteen feet higher than the front. This purposely designed aspect gives the 10,000 seats in the grandstands an unobstructed view of the entire track. Among those seats are 1,000 reserved seats located on the finish line, another 1,500 upper deck reserved seats available for special events and six air conditioned suites located on the third floor of the tower that can be rented which hold up to 10 people."
One of the most popular dirt tracks in the DFW metroplex. The LONESTAR 600 is a unique race consisting of two 300 lap races, one on Friday night and one on Saturday night. There were between 100 and 125 cars on the track for each race. There are a wide variety of cars: ie late models, sportsman, and variations of the two. There are NO sprint cars in this race. They only have the green flag, red flag and checkered flag. The race is red flagged whenever a car or cars are in an accident that they cannot get restarted or are a dangerous position on the track. This is a great time and very different than a traditional dirt track race. I would recommended it.

Think they’ve changed the name back to Houston Raceway, (sponsorship). Blessed to be invited to a VIP suite where the noise was bearable and had a spectacular view! (Thank you Elswick family). We did walk the grounds to “FEEL” the experience (the ground actually vibrates, no kidding) and it too was amazing! Lucky to have a facility like this here in Baytown, our back yard! Must do bucket list!

Set on 1,500 acres in the rolling hills just outside downtown Austin, Circuit of The Americas has hosted the biggest names in racing, action sports and music since 2012. At its heart is a 3.41-mile racetrack that was designed to challenge the world's most exacting competitors while providing a thrilling spectacle for audiences.
We attending the Indy Car race and the track is absolutely amazing. With 22 turns and the elevation changes, this track makes for an exciting race. We sat in turn 15 - what a view. Highly recommend sitting in Section 1 or 2, Rows 15 - 20 are probably the best view for the straight and S turns. Food options were great and the ability to walk the course was fantastic. Take the time to walk to Turn 1, definitely worth the walk.
