This museum beautifully blends the historical importance of the actual site (the Roman Theatre) with an excellent archaeological museum utilising the historical buildings on site. And view from the top of the theatre looking over the Adige river across Verona were spectacular.

Love this museum, lots of oil and water color works as well as bronze and plaster works. Worth a visit if those things interest you.

Really enjoyed the fresco museum. Interesting examples of a range of frescos, good information on how they are made and how they get moved between buildings.
