Unique and handmade jewellery. Welcome to Tintin scandinavian jewellery's workshop where you can buy and order personal and exclusive jewellery, mainly in gold and silver. The industrial designer, gold and silver smith Tintin Hallding started her education to become a goldsmith in 1986. In 1988 she started her own business and ran it alongside the studies until 1994. Since then Tintin has devoted herself to her own company full-time. Now Tintin lives on Stora Dyrön in Bohuslän, Sweden, and here, with the proximity to the sea her ideas take shape and give imprints in her jewellery. Precision and playfulness runs like a red thread through her creation. In her studio, Tintin Hallding manufactures all jewellery by hand with a solid craftsmanship and great sense of design and material. She also accepts repairs and size changes on jewellery in gold and silver.

Since 2002, Not Quite has been a culture center growing in a picturesque mill town in Northern Dalsland. In the heart of Fengersfors artists, designers and craftsmen of various kinds have set up their studios and workshops in the old brick paper factory. Now smoke and steam can be seen rising from pottery ovens, forges, carpenters’ hot saws and a bakery. There are also exhibition spaces, an art gallery and an arts and craft boutique. Exhibitions show photography, sculpture, painting, installations, and performance. Members of Not Quite also hold courses, workshops and other participatory events for visitors to the factory. Not Quite has also become one of the most popular destinations in the region for locals and tourists. The creative environment and the old factory is a special place to have a nice lunch or dinner at and to see contemporary high class art.
When in season, Not Quite is well worth a detour - or even a journey of its own - for anyone with an interest in art, community and culture. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and the exhibitors make good use of it. Not Quite is a melting pot of creatives and artisans, run by people with a genuine passion and drive. The café is vegan friendly, and fairly priced for delicious treats and light meals. During the off season, both the bakery and the shop are still open, providing wonderful baked goods and high quality artisan items of a wide variety. Even in the off season it's worth a stop for this and the beautiful surroundings.
