I never take the time to write a review because I am never really impressed. Jordan Private Tours changed my mind! I was blown away by their flexibility to change things and their quick response, not to mention they allowed us to customize our private tour and their friendliness! My husband and I travelled to Jordan in late April 2021 and had Ja’far Iskek as our guide and driver throughout our visit. We visited Amman, Jarash, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. Throughout, Ja'far provided great insight into the history of the areas and took care of us. He also provided cold water bottles in the car and not to mention WIFI in the car as well. Visiting Joran was definitely a trip of a lifetime! We will cherish our memories forever! Thank you so much for the hospitality. I highly recommend Jordan Private Tours and Ja'far Iskek! Thanks!

We enter through the narrow Siq and visit the many magnificent Petra structures hewed from the red mountain cliffs. On our return journey to Eilat, time permitting, we take a brief tour of Aqaba.

The day tour to Jerusalem and Bethlehem was very interesting. The group was quite small and we got a great overview of the history and tensions between Israel and Palestine. Amir Call Or was a great guide. I would book a tour with him again anytime. For the Bethlehem part and we also had a local guide who arranged for us to visit the tomb of Jesus without waiting in line. I highly recommend Bein Harim Tourism Services.

Very disappointed with the people who run this company. I booked (paid in full) just a few days before the coronavirus shut everything down in March 2020, they assured me that everything would be ok and that I could rebook when things reopened. When Jordan reopened I got back intouch and rearranged the Tour date, the day before the tour was due I double checked with them to see if we were still meeting and where; they confirmed all of the details. I got to the meeting point and they were not there, I tried to call and waited but nobody showed or answered. Very lucky a tour guide took from my camp took me instead - I definitely recommend seeing Wadi Rum but DO NOT use this company they will take your money and not show up. Very disappointing indeed. Use a better service! Really messed me around saying they would be there when they had no intention of doing so. Avoid!

Booking-Tours's customer service team has the best and most caring and efficient operators in any travel business I have used. They have, without doubt, made every effort to secure a booking for our small group of friends, on the cruise we wanted and on the date we wanted. Despite this being booked out, Muhamed grabbed some cabins that were just released and held them for us. Not just he, but others such as Nadine, Ibrahim, and Ashraf in Cairo, did a fantastic job of always being on top of the situation and trying to secure for us What we wanted. This was an amazing experience, Wadi Rum camp is absolutely wonderful. The food was excellent. Firas was our driver and he was punctual and knowledgeable. Petra was amazing. Looking forward to visit again in the near future. People from Jordan are very friendly.
