Once known as The Land of the Mountains, the 10,000-square-mile province of Tirol is a wonderland of gushing rivers, lush meadows and rugged peaks. Fantastic hiking trails wind along paths through the Zillertal Alps. Famed resort towns confetti the mountainsides, including Kitzbühel, St. Anton, Ischgl and Seefeld, site of some events in the 1964 and 1976 Winter Games. Compact capital Innsbruck is a medieval gem. The Tirolean identity is strong: Expect to see lederhosen and feathered hats.

A wellness dream awaits in the AQUA DOME – the Tyrol Längenfeld Thermal: Float weightlessly in a brine basin while admiring the majestic three-thousand-metre peaks: It is the contrasts from which body and mind can draw strength and rejuvenation. This is where the rugged natural world of the Ötztal meets the luxury of a thermal, where hikes to the summit are balanced with relaxation and where the thermal water from a depth of 1865 meets 250 peaks which all reach beyond 3000 metres. The architecture blends in with the surrounding nature: The AQUA DOME is considered the most modern, architecturally exciting thermal resort in the Alps. And as a top address for wellness, it was awarded "World's Best Mineral & Hot Spring Spa": 12 indoor and outdoor pools, 11 saunas, a water area of 2,200 m2 and 65,000 m2 of open space. Plus, the separate children's world "Alpen Arche Noah” (Alpine Noah’s Ark), top fitness, active programmes and (signature) spa treatments. The summit: Spa 3000 (from 15 years), exclusively for guests of the modern-alpine 4-star superior hotel. The premium SPA area with fragrant herbs, minerals and sparkling gemstones.
Hotel is at a beautiful location, very clean and well kept. Rooms are a bit old fashioned and we'd expected hair conditioner at a four star hotel. Staff was friendly, especially the cleaning ladies, and helpful with the exception of the waitress on our first evening. We would have appreciated a short advice on how the dining works (some dishes are brought to the table, others you'll pick up yourself and the distinction wasn't clear from the menu). Speaking of restaurant - food was excellent! Well prepared imaginative dishes made of fresh ingredients. The underground entrance to the spa was practical and spa is included in the stay for hotel guests. The spa is definitely worth visiting!

Lohmann is a very convenient rabbit warren of a hotel. Super close to the ski school meeting area. Staff are lovely, nice bar area, great food and an indoor slide and play area for the children. I mention that its a bit of a rabbit warren because there are corridors and stairs all over the place and it takes a little while to find your way around. Not a problem I should add but it is a feature. Rooms are fine and the staff superb. Super accommodating for any requests. All in all a great stay

We planned to stay there 1 week with two small kids (2 and 4). As a result we stayed just half of the planned time as we were asked to leave hotel by the owner because we complained about kids club. And we complained about kids club because they were not changing pamper often enough, the babies bottom was red, and the personnel put it on diarrhea what the baby did not have in fact. To prove it we even went to local village doctor (pediatr) who checked the baby and said that there is no sign of diarrhea and baby is completely ok. We showed the doctor's paper to the hotel owner afterwards and asked to give money back for that day when we could not use kids club and therefore could not go ski (as it was winter and our ski holiday with that hotel) and do nothing that day. He refused and said if we do not like it we have to leave the hotel, which we did. Not even to mention that day before they also called us from kids club already after couple of hours and told us to take back our kids because of apparently they cried.

We dropped on this fantastic hotel in the Ski Welt when booking a friends skiing trip. The staff were also so friendly and accommodating - from the reception staff to the restaurant staff. The food was fabulous- plenty of it and a high standard. The spa area was an added bonus. We will be back next year,

We are a cosy 3 star family hotel with all inclusive packages or halfbaord only during summer time and skipackages (halfboard and skipass Patscherkofel) during winter time. The hotel is situated only 7 km from Innsbruck city centre (easily reachable with local means of transportation just opposite the hotel)
Stayed here with Cristal ski. Great location with quick bus transfer to the ski resort. Boot room really good, nice warm storage. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The most outstanding part is the food. Morning, evening time always outstanding. If you visit Igls, you must stay here.

The perfect getaway for families all ages! All inclusive holidays with a combination of activites and relaxation
This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and as previous times it was perfect. The hotel was renovated, and now it includes an outside Jacuzzi , small climbing wall and trampoline room. We had a great time, food was excellent , room big and clean. The access to the slops is done via the ski bus which comes every 10-15 min, so no real waiting. Defiantly a place we will return .

We had a wonderful time at this hotel in January. The staff are friendly, the food is high quality and lots of choice from the breakfast buffet, you get a choice of three main courses in the evening and it really has a fine dinning feel- usually a salad buffet, followed by a served soup, a starter, main course, dessert and then a cheese buffet. The sauna and spa is impressive. Rooms are spacious and modern. Shout out to the lovely cleaning lady she always did a great job and was so friendly even though I don't think she could understand us very much. Crystal ski on the other hand we're awful. We arrived the hotel at 10am but couldn't check in or start our all inclusive untill 3pm. Not the hotels fault but something future guests should be aware of. Also ski passes weren't sent through untill the afternoon of our second day. So disorganized but luckily the hotel were able to get us our room earlier and helped us with buses to get to the slopes. I would definitely return in future. Filen Danke for a lovely first skiing holiday.

The magnificent nature of the Tyrolean Alps ensures relaxation and calmness.
Sporthotel is flawless. Everything for families has been thought of. A short ski break with a 16 month old was a joy. The creche is incredible both in terms of facilities and the people working there and allowed us to ski every day. Thanks so much to Julia and her colleagues. The food is incredible both for adults and children. All the staff are super friendly and thanks to Marina who looked after us every breakfast and dinner. The ski rental is attached to the hotel and the ski lift is across the road. We can't wait to go back next year.
