Amazing place
Reviewed By mumto4nI cannot fault this place one bit! The staff are incredibly helpful and are absolutely fantastic with the kids. The whole place is spotless and the beds are so comfortable! The pool area is lovely and has Astro turf and stops the kids from slipping brilliant idea in my opinion. 1st place we have 100% wanted to return to. The food is lovely and plenty of choice and each night is themed. It’s location is perfect and we have loved our stay. Huge thank you to Cathy who works front house in restaurant and Victor who works on reception, both of you have been so helpful. We look forward to returning

A great holiday venue
Reviewed By neil wA great resort. Friendly excellent staff and great food. The room was the best we have stayed in. No mad rush for sunbeds, various entertainments through the day and evening. We will be looking to return next year with the family. But for longer than this year!

Reviewed By hbissI am here on a family holiday, very disappointed with the food, poor quality and tasteless. No sun beds to be had after 8am. Staff friendly, however as a spainish speaker, I have heard several staff members swearing at guest in Spanish while smiling at them. The lifeguard on the pool, not paying any attention to the children’s pool, chatting to her colleagues for long periods. Would not recommend this hotel. Which is a shame, as the rooms were large spacious, comfortable and clean, lovely views. The evening entertainment is great fun for children, the staff working with the children are caring and fun.

Came here for a week and enjoyed it all food was amazing even for fussy eaters Food for everyone all ways something new to try and always classics like chips pasta ect staff are lovely really friendly can ask for help when ever or even have a friendly conversation The entertainment team are lovely all ways some thing going on in the big pool like water polo and more it’s for all ages Rooms are amazing you’re own space no one around you the hotel looks beautiful Right in the town as well always something to do, the beach is not even a 10 minute walk Only thing can say is no floats in the big pool apart from baby floats or arm bands but its understandable as it’s more the peaceful pool and you can use floats in the other pool with the slide I’ve seen a lot of snobby comments about this hotel And half off it’s not true ! this hotel is perfect for family with kids/ teens or anyone really staff on there own make the holiday better by the way you’re treated by there kindness, I am shocked that this hotel is only a 3 star ! Definitely will come again

Reviewed By ij31We have just stayed here for the second time after our first trip just over 3 years ago. What can i say? Superb! We originally thought of booking a different hotel for our holiday this time but in the end opted for P.Park after our very enjoyable first visit. Nice to see the Hotel still very clean, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant has had a revamp since our last visit but the variety, quality and freshness of food still remains absolutely top notch. Pool area still clean and enough beds to go around with and easy accessible bar and food area with plenty of options. I do suggest you go all inclusive with regards to the food. The only downer in my opinion is the amount of options on the drinks if you are all inclusive, it was pretty poor but it all depends on preference. Also, it's brilliant that they offer the free mini bus down to the seafront and at regulars times (even thought you could walk down in less then 10mins). Would I stay here again? YES, without hesitation!

Hope it’s only one night
Reviewed By brian965434I was grateful for a room after our flight was cancelled, but this faded quickly as the sound of someone murdering classic songs filled our room. I assumed the patio door was open. Wrong. It was 23.00 hrs and many songs were ruined, I was hoping for an ironic ‘if I sang out of tune’ to help me sleep. Eventually it stopped to be filled with many competing music styles from the many bars in the area. By 5.00 the bars had shut, the drunks had stopped shouting, and a background roar became obvious. When light I shall find out if this is because we are next to the sea and it has been rough or the place is full of air conditioning units. I suspect the second. To help give the volume of noise a rating, I was unaware of my wife snoring, which she has done for a few nights now. Otherwise this seems an excellent place, great staff, nice room. There are 10 floors I think and not all room will face onto the piazza. Update. In the light I can see the sea. And the bars are beyond a grass area and car park, so not close or part of the hotel.

Also the matrasses of the beds are way too soft and uncomfortable. Paying extra per week for jacuzzi/sauna/steambad/fitness, which is fine, but NOT if jacuzzi/sauna/steambad are closed for 3 days in the week. That is a real rip-off !!

Absolutely amazing visit
Reviewed By 185clareoWe went to this hotel as an all inclusive family of 4 for 10 days. Cannot fault it. The room was spacious and had everything we would want for a holiday including large beds, clean rooms, space, and large balcony with a beautiful view and great access to the pool. The pool itself was a good size and perfect for the kids. Lots of sun beds and access to the bar. There was a lifeguard on at all times making it very safe. My youngest used the kids club and it was amazing. I honestly didn't think he would go but the staff, especially Thaer were all fantastic and my son loved it. He put in so much effort not just with kids but with everyone and always managed to put a smile on everyone's faces. The evening entertainment, again mostly run by Thaer was fantastic. My kids loved the kids games and disco and then with things like the bird show and snake show ect it made every evening special. The hotel is close enough to main town to get a 3 euro taxi but far enough to be quiet and safe. Overall a fantastic visit and would definitely recommend to families The inclusive tickets to siam Park were also definitely worth it as the free bus gets you from the hotel and the park was great for all the family with something for everyone
