After golf yesterday, my son and buddies and I (six in all) went in for dinner. What a great surprise this was for me---my first time. This falls into the "what-will-they-think-of-next?" category. Here's a place dedicated solely to quesadillas in lots of varieties---even build your own concoction, if you want to be creative. I had the "Hot Hatch" with ground beef. It was full of cheese and ground beef and seasoned with jalapeno and served with jalapeno sauce for $6.49. My son had an even larger serving of the "Gorilla Gordo" for $9.99---way more than I could have eaten. Everyone agreed they loved this place. I'm definitely going back and taking my wife. Just as I do, she likes finding something unique.

We decided to try something local and new to us, and we have driven by this unassuming Taco Shop hundreds of times. We ordered 4 different dishes, crispy tacos, carnita tacos on steamed tortillas, the enchilada dinner, and the pollo asado burrito. All of us left happy! They make their salsa on site, and the tomatillo green sauce left me wanting more! It's a small, renovated home with some indoor counters available as well as outdoor seating under umbrellas. They sell horchata and Coke from Mexico with real cane sugar as well as churros, barbacoa, and tacos al pastor. This is much more Mexican than Tex Mex, and it will now be considered one of our go to places for my Mexican fix!Nice customer service, great food at reasonable prices. It's a win, win, win!

We ate as a large party. Drink service was a little slow. Service picked up after drinks and we got our appetizers quickly. The fried asparagus and the meatballs were just ok. The tater tot appetizer wasnât very good. Mushy and flavorless. I ordered the French dip sandwich and fries. Both were excellent but not sure if it was $19 excellent. Good location in the Omni and The Star.

While Mannyâs has several locations, this is my favorite. Excellent cheese enchiladas; as well as, beef fajitas. Very friendly staff and plenty of seating. Food is always excellent and I never leave disappointed.

My family and I, like many others, have eaten at countless TexMex restaurants around the country, but we found Ernestoâs in Frisco a cut above the average. The dining room is comfortable enough and certainly colorful, offering a bright, happy atmosphere. The service was friendly enough, prompt, and attentive. We were greeted well when we arrived, offered a table promptly, and served well. The food was usual but very good, the margarita large with a clearly defining tequila flavor. Iâll return for another margarita if nothing else! Ernestoâs is certainly a place my family will return to for very good food and good service at a very good price.

Great looking tacos with a fairly reasonable price tag. Unfortunately our food was freezing cold and although the manager was cruising around he never came and asked how our food was. We were only 1 of 2 tables so no reason for cold food. Unlikely I will return

We stopped here for dinner and were richly rewarded. Everything was great. I had the chicken fajitas with rice, refried beans, fresh flour tortillas, salsa and guacamole. Wow, what a meal! The flour tortillas are wonderful. The fajitas feature large pieces of breast meat mixed with grilled onions and peppers. Thanks for the great review! We are so happy you enjoyed your time with us a few weeks ago. Please visit us again soon!

First time. Lots of people waiting outside. Area for kids to run and play was good. Not sure there was waiting are inside in bad weather. Seated within 30 minutes was acceptable on a Friday night on covered patio area. Server was attentive. The bean dip was a first for me and very tasty. I ordered bacon wrapped shrimp. The bacon was slightly over cooked. The order was covered in white cheese which I thought was not needed and was not melted well. The vegetables were exceptional. Cooked so as to be crisp and flavored well. My wife ordered the carne asada which was a ribeye and full of fat. It was not well seasoned. Portions were large and after chips and drinks werenât able to finish. Would go back as not many choices in Prosper at present. Not on list of âgotta go againâ.

Gloria's growth has been a constant ever since then. Now boasting 15 Texas locations, the restaurant still serves the same delicious Latin cuisine that has been satifying hungry Texans for over 25 years.
Not just Tex-Mex but also Salvadoran and other Latin American specialties. Gloriaâs is our no fail option for our weekly fix of outstanding frozen Margaritasâ- the house special is cheap and excellent â- and Mexican or Salvadoran food. So many excellent dishes include meat, fish, veggies and more. My favorite is Chili Relleno stuffed with cheese, delicious and it wonât wake you up at 2:00 am with indigestion. Moderately priced, Gloriaâs is Fairviewâs finest dining experience.
