A friend raved about this, but I didn't expect much from this neighborhood restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. They don't get much for atmosphere and there weren't many customers the day I went, but the food was surprisingly good and the service attentive. My best friend lives around the corner and she loves it, so I'll be back.

We had a pizza delivered to our local hotel room via online ordering. It was delivered super fast, ~20 minutes, hot and the delivery lady even brought us plates, plastic utensils and napkins! Super service. The supreme pizza was loaded with toppings, had a light crispy crust and great seasoning. We definitely recommend.

Our server DEE was attentive, friendly, & efficient. Canât say enough about her excellent attention to detail and personal concern that our meal was memorable. Five of us had different meals and all were good. I recommend the Chicken Gnocchi Soup with whatever meal you order. It is outstanding.
Wow! First one to give a review. I have heard good things about Giovanni and was excited to try out this restaurant. Our waiter was very helpful in answering questions we had about the meal selections. Complimentary bread and oil were brought out for us. I ordered the Blue Crab Stuffed Shrimp. It was plated beautifully. Seemed a shame to mess it up. There was an enormous amount of crab offered with each shrimp (three total). The crab was a little rich for me. The risotto was wonderful, my favorite part. I enjoyed my experience overall. Would love to go back and try something different.

We start with fresh dough, made from scratch everyday. Then we add a layer of tangy tomato sauce made from the finest quality tomatoes and our special blend of herbs and spices. Next, we cover your pizza with a generous portion of creamy, 100% real mozzar
Had not been to Palio's in a long time. Greek salad was very good and so was The King pizza. It seemed to cool off very quickly, but had lots of good stuff on it. The cheese pizza seemed to be a little greasy, but had a good flavor. Not real busy so it was quiet and enjoyable.

Eight of us came to celebrate a birthday. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress came right over and took our drink and food orders. Unfortunately, the good service stopped here. We waited almost 30 minutes before any food arrived and our waitress never came back to see if we needed our drinks (everyone just had tea or water) refilled. When our food was delivered, for some reason it was brought out 2 at a time with several minutes between each delivery to the table. 10 minutes after the first person got their food, the last person still had not received her order. The manager (owner?) came by and asked if we needed anything. We told him we were missing a serving and none of the additional items we had asked for (ketchup and additional sauce for dipping) had been delivered. He quickly took care of it. We never got our drinks refilled until we were basically finished eating. All of our food items tasted really good though. My calzone was excellent! Maybe it was just an off night, but it seemed like the young wait staff was either not very well trained or just didn't care much about taking care of the customer.Kenneth I am so sorry to hear about this I wish you would have ask for me again and tell me what else you needed I would have love to take care of you but for me it all starts from the top so totally my fault I should have checked on you more often you server is really good server I think he was just a little over whelmed so I was trying to help him out please don't think less of him he does care just a bad day please feel free to give me a call on my cell when you have a moment 972-814-6999 would love to apologize personally and maybe get a little more detail so I can figure how to fix it where it won't happen again, thank you so much for your feedback I can't fix it if I don't know is broken so thank you.Samee

Had the opportunity to eat with family at Luigi's while visiting Dallas. I enjoyed it!In fact, everyone enjoyed their meals. We had Chicken Piccatta, Veal parmesan, pizza, Shrimp Alvino and Caesar Salad. They bring you a basket of giant garlic knots and will keep bringing it to you as long as you ask for it. They looked yummy but I passed because I knew it would fill me up.Most dinners come with a side of salad too. My daughter didn't want pasta with her veal parmesan so they offered to substitute veggies, which was great! For dessert, we had the Tiramisu and the Black & White Cake. OMG, the B&W cake was scrumptious! Dense and loaded with yumminess! The wait staff was fabulous. Would recommend them if you're in the area!

Our hand-tossed pies are baked in a 900° wood oven. Our chefs then top them with organic ingredients, local produce and imported cheeses. Local favorites are the Truffle Pie with tartufo, potato, pancetta, rosemary and egg; the Standard with pomodoraccio
We love going here during our annual trip. Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Long waits are typical. You wont be disappointed!
