The Cheesecake Factory offers something for everyone featuring a wide variety of over 200 menu items prepared fresh to order each day, plus over 30 legendary varieties of the Finest Cheesecake.
Once we were seated we had a good experience with food and service. The hostess was somewhat rude and tried to seat us in a horrible area with the restaurant half full. She had a lot of attitude when we asked for a private booth. Had we sat where she wanted us to we would have had strangers right next to us, not necessary when the place is half empty. As anyone that frequents these restaurants knows the menu is overwhelming and extensive. Youâd be hard pressed not to find something to eat. Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your meal. We're sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with our service during this visit. Next time, if there is anything that can be done to improve your experience please let our managers know so we can do our best to make things right. Thanks again and we're glad you enjoyed the rest of your visit!

Went for lunch on a Saturday. Had Business nearby. The service was friendly but the food was not in any way prepared that day.The "hot and sour" soup was unpleasantly salty and had that consistency of soup that had had boiled itself down. Considering it was noonish if it would have been prepared that day it would not look and taste like this. The rice was undercooked and chewy and the meat portion was over salted as well. There are other great options in San Antonio.

Luckily we made a reservation before arriving since it was packed for Motherâs Day. Seated quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and made great menu suggestions. Egg rolls were tasty. Beef dumplings were great. Will have again in the future. All moms got complimented dessert. What a treat!

I reviewed this restaurant almost a year ago when it had excellent service. Unfortunately, things have drastically changed since a very young manager named Lucas has been running the restaurant. He is VERY unprofessional and treats customers horrible! I have encountered his attitude on several occasions when trying to order food. I have dietary allergies and he REFUSES to be kind or supply the nutritional information of the food I was inquiring about. He said that it wasn't HIS job and to look it up on my phone on their website. Discouraged during this last visit, I walked away and he and his "staff" mocked me as I was leaving. They were laughing and point even as I was getting in my vehicle. I will NEVER dine at this location ever again. No customer deserves to be treated poorly due to food sensitivity issues! Shame on them ... shame on you, LUCAS!

I ate the Mongolian beef, as did my husband. We like it with extra vegetables. Usually the extra vegetables are cooked, which I like, but for some reason, this time they were not cooked. My daughter had the avocado ahi salad. Everything was great except the avocado was a very pale color. There was a lot of raw or rare ahi on the salad. I would not have liked that, but my daughter did. When we went, they were out of silverware, so they brought us some plastic ware. That was fine, but I thought it was odd.

Went to the new HuHot location to check out the food and service. We have been to another location in town many times. The place is nice and fresh. The food was excellent the wait staff service was terrific. The downside is the grill team was very slow and quite inefficient in their cooking. It took twenty minutes for them to stir fry each diner's food - they put 10-11 meals on the wok at one time. The I-10 location turns out food in under 4 minutes. I am not an operational expert but there is a definite difference on how theses locations operate. I will go back but only during slower times - certainly not on a Sunday evening - when the place was less than half full!

Daughter is vegetarian and Chinese and other Asian restaurants are usually good places to eat. They usually have several great vegetarian options. I was hoping to substitute any meat with tofu, but was not that lucky. I don't mind paying extra for any substitition, but at Oolong I was not allowed. I could order tofu as a side, but that would do a vegetarian no good, if the dish had meat in it. There was one vegetarian option, that was it. We didn't eat there. Instead we left and went to Hula Poke right down the road.
