We had dinner with friends at the Cajun Cowboy Seafood and Sports Bar Sunday. Really, really nicely done. Oysters fried perfectly. Boudin balls spiced just right. Cajun boil was really good according to those who ate it. I was glad to be reminded of this restaurant as it is hard to see when driving by. Look for it and go there. You will have good food reasonably priced.

A hidden gem right here in Victoria! This was my familyâs first time visiting. My husband and I both got a shrimp boil and they were delicious! I would recommend the mild, garlic butter boil! Yum! Our kids got the catfish dinner and the chicken finger dinner and both enjoyed their meals. We will go back.

I go here a once every other month. Not because of any problem with the food, but because it is a little distant from my house. The Shrimp and Fish are very good with generous portions. Service is sometimes a little spotty but generally fairly good. They serve some Vietnamese dishes and, unbelievably, one of the best chicken fried steaks in town. Their fries are also worth stopping for. The cost is usually reasonable and certainly cheaper than some other seafood places ... i.e. P.J.'s , which I think is very overrated.I don't know what the point of the girls in the Poodle Skirts is except this place in an earlier life served hot dogs and hamburgers. You're reminded of that when you look at the ceiling and see the 45's glue there.Thank you so much for taking the time to write these words!We are always working to improve :)

We had lunch after 2pm on a Friday, and it wasn't very busy. Background music was nice, lighting was low and cozy. They have a great happy hour. Our shrimp cocktail, ceasar salads and shrimp fettuccine were all delicious! As was our key lime pie. The true highlight of our visit was our server, Jessika A. She was so friendly with a comforting smile. Helpful and attentive, she really elevated the dining experience. I hope the company appreciates her. We will ask for her next time. Merry Christmas!

We went to this restaurant wanting to have a nice dinner and we were fairly disappointed. My husband got the steak which was over cooked and not tender in the least. I got the chicken which sounded delicious from the description on the menu but was thoroughly under seasoned making me wonder if the chef there knew what salt even was. The only saving grace was the fried shrimp which were beautiful, crispy, and delicious. The shrimp are the best that I have had in Victoria but I am not sure if it would be worth going back for them alone.

The food is very good, with very good portion sizes. If you like fried shrimp, quite often they are on special. I've also had their gumbos which I really like, and if you ask, they have coconut shrimp as an appetizer that is great! The service is also friendly and attentive. Recommend highly.

Friendly service, tasty seafood and spacious dining area make this a nice place to dine with a group or just by yourself! Crisp salad and crunchy French Fries are very good.....fried fish and shrimp are winners!
