The Spanish Room, featuring Mediteranian with indigenous items of South Texas
I have had several meals at this restaurant and each time they were very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. Most of the items on the menu were tasty and the group I was with seemed to be happy with their meals as well.

Texas de Brazil is a Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, that features endless servings of ï¬ame-grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage as well as an extravagant salad area with a wide array of seasonal chef-crafted items.
Thank You Texas de Brazil. Great Veteran's Day Tribute for two days. Aside to the great savings, it was a phenomenal dinner. Robbie was great, very attentive, was disappointed we could not eat more. The venue is great, you can wait at the bar while you wait for your table.Parking can be an issue but there is valet right up front. Make sure you ask when they will stop the service.Make room for the meal, you may want to skip the salad bar but do not. Not a large selection but just enough, Good selection of cheeses, meats, vegetables. Loved the grilled pineapple and salmon.Side bar of soup and sides. The selection of the meats were awesome. Eat until you are past full, just keep the coaster on green. Lamb chop was the best, very succulent and tasty. The fajita was moist and unreal. The bacon wrapped filet was great. The spicy sirloin was great. The pork roast was unbelievable, moist and tender. There were more options but to say but those were my favorites. The bread served took us for a loop, Cheese bread warm and flavor.Kinda gooey in the middle. wow. There was dessert but there was no room. A must visit and again and again.Thank you for the free meals which was not cheap. There were plenty of other veterans that also truly enjoyed their meal. Costa Mesa came highly recommended by Jose', the gracious restaurant manager at the Casa de Palmas Renaissance in McAllen. What an amazing delight of classic Mejicano cuisine just north of the border. The enchiladas and chalupas were perfect and the house Margarita exceptional. Our server was as welcoming as the warm and inviting setting. Mi esposa even walked away with two new favorite native pendants. Gracias!

Don Pepe's Mexican Restaurant & Catering is a fine dining experience. We're McAllen's home for great Mexican food! Servicing for more than 25 years, we offer a full service atmosphere, perfect for your early morning breakfast meeting, a sit down dinner fo
Nice facility with good waitstaff but service was a little slow. Seems to be over-priced for the meals that were served. The "enchiladas ala chipolte" lacked flavor but had plenty of chicken in them. The "Camarones a la Rebecca" had good sized shrimp but the bacon was way undercooked, almost to the point of being raw.
