An all 90's themed Tavern!! Kind service, good people, and affordable! Kill some time playing jumbo Jenga; Jumbo "Line up 4"; play Galaga/Mrs. PacMan; or play free pool on one of their 4 pool tables! All the music played that night was on point! It was truly a nice, and welcomed change of pace from what everyone else has to offer out there.

We were working all day in Harlingen cleaning out flooded houses and worked up an appetite. We decided to try this place and were not disappointed! If you're in the mood for some different choices, this is the place to go.I tried the BBQ burger - an 8oz beast with bacon, brisket, BBQ sauce, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion rings. The burger itself had great flavor as did the brisket and the bacon had really good flavor! My wife had the jalapeño popper burger which came with fried jalapeños, cream cheese and bacon. It was equally superb.Since we are doing low carbs, we opted for a lettuce wrap and didn't get to try their famous buns .Our server was very friendly. The only 'downside' was that the burgers took a long time to come out - if I could give a 4.5 I would have. I'd definitely come back!! The vibe was great - 7 TVs showing sports and a bar (for those who imbibe).

When the going gets tough, the tough go bowling-and when bowlers get hungry, they flock to Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl and Grill to fill up on a great selection of family favorites. Appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers, and more are served up in this fun, c
Fish and chips were quite good but the happy hour specials are very misleading. Domestic draft and bottles were $2. I ordered a Busch bottle but was served a can and charged $3.50 when the bill arrived. I had 2 of them and when I checked with the manager he said only bottles were special but they had no Busch bottles left. Busch is as domestic as it gets in Texas and it wasn't my fault that they were out of bottles, especially as I wasn't told. The only person to suffer was our waitress (who was quite attentive) as I took the difference from her tip. Not on our list of places to return.
We stopped in for a early evening meal. Our server was prompt and very attentive. We had a Cuban sandwich and a chicken sandwich. Both were very good. Fries were good as well and served very hot. Finished with the bread pudding with a dollop of ice cream. During the meal the owner and chef Frankie stopped by our table and gave us a couple jalapeño stuffed shrimp he was developing as a new appetizer. The owner Frankie is devoted to his craft and business. The person who gave him a bad review must be a competitor or an ex-wife. No way this place deserves a terrible!

Carlito's has a good selection of draught and bottled beers. The food is light fare, but consistently tasty. Wine sales are usually good, but often they're out of what's on the list. Live music on market days (1st Saturday afternoon of the month) with Cleo, Evey, and Emmanuel Martinez is worth going to! Lots of fun!

Usually don't get too worked up about restaurants, but this was truly a nightmare. Went with two others for a quick business lunch. We all ordered salads. Took the waiter 10 minutes to get our drinks, and it was all downhill from there. Arrived at the place at 11:35 and one person got their salad delivered at about 12:05. The next salad came about 12:15 with the message from the waiter that "the kitchen is kind of crashing and burning." The last salad came about 12:25. None of the salads were really good - the chicken tenders on the Santa Fe salad were cooked until they were basically only crunchy crust. The quesadillas didn't have any melted cheese on them - kind of like a tortilla with cold cheese. We didn't get out of there until about 1 pm. Beyond terrible.Carl, this isn't what we like to hear. We're sorry about the poor service and food you received during your recent lunch visit. We value your feedback and would like to hear more. Please reach out to us at 1-800-983-4637 at your earliest convenience. Thanks!
